Really clean nicely remodeled but compared to other fast food chicken it was stringy and dry. Service wasn’t great either.. we had a big group in front of us so I understand that they were getting that order but they didn’t even acknowledge we were standing at the counter. There was only one group of nine people in front of us. We stood there for more than ten minutes before they even said good afternoon. And no that’s not exaggerating. It always takes 20 minutes to cook the chicken and we knew that but they could at least say hello we’ll be with you soon.

I went through the drive-through on Saturday, and I am just dismayed at how the quality of food is not as good as it used to be Columbus Nebraska has always had a great KFC and these guys don’t know how to cook chicken it was greasy it was not crispy, and it didn’t even taste like the original recipe That I had ordered. Not to mention I repeated my order back to verify that I would get a biscuit, which was not in my order.

Was visiting friends and we decided to stop here and it was an awful experience.. the chicken tasted awful, was dry, it even gave 2 of the 4 people stomach aches. The chicken strips for one person even tasted sour/rotten so they were inedible. Not worth the time and money

Awful service we knew the price was wrong for what we got. Then the lady proceeded to tell us no the computer says with tax it’s almost $16… one meal and they even forgot to give us our drink… we asked for our receipt but she told us they’re out of receipts and we couldn’t have ours. We couldn’t even check what all she was charging us for. Very rude and the food is trash.

I have came between 6-7pm the last 2 night to get a bucket of extra crispy chicken and have been told they are out for the the night and only have original.The guy has been rude and nothing I ask for seems to be available. Since the new ownership it’s been terrible! No jelly for the biscuits anymore even!

Ordered drive thru. Food was basically shoved at me and window slammed shut before i could even say thank you. Did not get s spoon for the mashed potatoes so couldn’t eat them. There was no butter or honey for the biscuit. No napkins. The chicken was dry and did not taste anything like the original recipe. Had also asked for an iced water and did not get that either. Terrible.
