Gross!!!! Hard burnt chicken. The worst I have ever seen. So so gross. I wouldn’t go here if you paid me. Check out the pic. You decide. No clue how it tasted. Tossed it asap. This place is called KMC not KFC. Kentucky Mutilated Chicken.

I went to through the drive thru on 8/16/23, ordered my food. Then proceeded to the window. The 1st window had stop here. No one was at the window. When the car in front of me left. Still. No one was at the window. So I proceeded to the next window. Stayed for a moment. Then I hear someone say, hello! Back here. I’m like, okay. I reversed, gave the crew member my credit card. The crew member left. I’m like wait a minute. There’s a register right there. I honked my horn. The crew member that took my credit card was at the window I just reversed from. I was livid! I asked why would you have me reverse from this window for you to take my payment, only for you to come to the window where I was to process my payment. To me. That seems odd. Too much theft is going on. I asked to speak with the manager and she said, I am. I advised the I want to speak with someone above her and another lady came to the window. I explained what happened. Had she had no care in the world. Just sad. Then I had to ask for my receipt in which they tore off the top with the restaurant information on it. Then when I went back. To get the rest of the information. She wrote it down. But wrote the incorrect information. I’m like. Ma’am you’re messing with the right, but the wrong one. I will be following up with corporate.

For the second to I went to make purchase at this location in Kenner and was very disappointed. They give you what they want to not what you ordered and pay for. You don’t know what exactly you’re getting when you go through drive through. Second visit paid for a 12 piece bucket two sides and a order of chicken nuggets when I got home no chicken nuggets. That’s another way of stealing from customers. That was the last straw, I will never ever visit that store again. Don’t make sense to call and complain because nothing will ever become of this .

First of all the young gentleman upfront wasn’t the most friendly semi rude. Actually, he took my order to piece white fries, and a drink gave me my cup, and in a timely manner, handed me my bag ask did I say mac or mashed? I said no I asked for fries so I handed the mashed potatoes back and he took them and put them back on the shelf. Any time I’ve ever worked in a fast food you throw it away then I asked for jalapeños and he said they don’t sell jalapeños. I’ve never bought chicken without a jalapeño. Two thumbs down for this Kentucky fried chicken.

Can I do zero stars???? Wanted Popeyes but they’re all closed and the one that is open is super backed up so we settled for KFC. Got there and no one else was there and at the speaker box were told to pull around to the first window when ready to order. Isn’t the point to order in front of the menu??? We pull around and ask how big is the large and we’re told “it’s a large.” Ok, so WHAT does that even mean?! Whatever. Ordered a 16pc meal with 4 sides. Charged us. No receipt. Pulled to the second window. Gave us 2 bags of stuff and we started to pull off and the guy came back to the window. Made us wait and then says we have the right order so we left. Get home. Half our order is wrong. The chicken is so soggy and greasy it breaks through the box it was in. Disgusting. The biscuits were RAW. The fries are old and hard. The coleslaw was only filled 1/4 of the way with no dressing — just cabbage!! $45 for absolutely AWFUL food. Never again. I’ll wait in the Popeye’s line.

Listen KFC! Coming from probably the only person in new Orleans who prefers KFC over Popeyes I just need to say give this woman a raise!
