Customer service sucks. I didn’t check my order, and they gave me mash potatoes instead of macaroni. I don’t think they realize that lobby customers are drive-thru customers. They were very rude and condescending in the presence of the lobby traffic.

Horrible customer service stood at the counter 5 minutes before being acknowledged and I was the only person inside and no one was in the drive thru and then they just sit my food on the counter and just walked away and wouldn’t answer when I asked was that my order and I could tell the food had been out for a while wouldn’t be going back to this KFC no time soon

When you are greeted with “what you want” at order after waiting 5mins with nobody in front of me, I should have left. However, decided to order anyways since we’re here. To keep it short: wrong order and food was very sloppy. Everyone seems to just standing around, not a care in the world including management. You get $2/hr work ethic here. Be warned! Absolutely the worst Taco Bell experience. 0 star

Just wanted to warn you that when I ordered today the mac n cheese tasted as if there were chemicals spilled into or near it or it just went plain old BAD! definitely a health hazard & I’m not one to complain about anything but THIS needs some attention. It was so strong and potent I almost threw up and had to threw it out immediately! Also, I didn’t even get all of what I ordered…almost 50$ spent; missing items and items needed to be thrown away…an absolute waste of money and time not to mention I drove over a half hour to even get there.

12 piece KFC wings with Honey Barbecue sauce Finger licking good The line started out in the street I asked the cashier “Is this everyday how the line is in the street” she replied YES….Monday-Sunday. She informed me that KFC will stop taking orders@9pm daily. You can only pick up inside if you order from “Door” “UberEats” the cashier also informed me of that. Becuz I walked inside thinking I was going to order Silly me!

I went through the drive thru, on July 29th @ 11: 34 pm. Went I pulled up the female was talking very low, and I didn’t understand her. When I asked her to repeat herself please. She said it again but with a nasty attitude that followed. Everyone has bad days and maybe the little girl was having a bad night and that’s understandable however is unacceptable to have an attitude at work and talk to paying customers as if we did her something. I don’t understand l, if u don’t want to work then don’t go to work. Take some time to yourself.

I keep trying every few months to give this place a chance. Maybe once the chicken was good. First off they are very expensive. One time we went and they didn’t have crispy chicken and said it would be an hour. Went yesterday (Sunday about 5) and asked if there was hot chicken. We were told yes, get to the window and my husband asked again and was told, it just came up. Get home, it was dark in color and old. Some of the pieces looked like they had been sitting in the bottom of a pan. Started eating it and it tasted old. Highly disappointed that we were lied to.

KFC soon to be standing alone as the KFC and not KFC/taco bell.when they created this building emerging thing it was not the choice of the employees it was either you work both or u don’t work.Not having any thought of consideration for the ones back there killing there selves to serve this enormous menu and only receive compensation from basically one of them because they are indeed two separate businesses.But once again kudos to the one who decided it’s Tim to split up,create more jobs,and stand on our own name and show why your company is still around and still doing well without having to lean on another company.We will see as the time progresses who was leaning on who and if there was a more serious reason to split the two up.Only the strong will survive.
