Food was past the hold limit under the heat lamps for what seemed like 3 days. Shameful that the employee thought it was edibly ok to boz it up and send it through the drive thru window and take out $40 that we splurged for. When we got home 23 miles later and sat down for dinner after a long hot 11 hr work day and pulled out the shriveled hard petrified chicken tenders that we use to love I almost cried. I tried calling al night but nobody ever answered the phone and messages was full so I couldn’t leave one. I don’t want to wish unemployment for anyone but that crew starting with management, cook and order filler should be fired . That meal was equivalent to theft in my eyes. They stole my money by selling me fake goods

Went through the drive through. No cars in the parking lot, no customers inside and no other cars in the drive through. The person taking the order was rude, when I reached the window I asked to add a coleslaw and was told “No – we don’t add stuff at the window! It messes with our times.” Then the order was over cooked. Don’t waste your time.
