I have only been 3 times now. First time they didn’t have what I wanted. So I settled on something else. Went another time to try again got tenders with Nashville sauce to dip FYA. Had the sauce on my mind today cause the Nashville sauce is bomb. I don’t mind paying the $2 upcharge for it cause I get a cup full . However today I got a tablespoon of sauce in a big cup for $2. I’m gonna assume I paid for the container cause I didn’t even get enough sauce for one tender to be dipped. I literally only wanted to go cause of this sauce. And my fries were cold and old tasting. Unamused, Consistency is what the public expects. That’s how you get return customers.

We ordered on the app and it said the ordered would be ready by 5:00pm we drove up at 5:01 and went through the drive thru and let them know we had an order and they said we would have to come in and get it…so I drove around and my wife got down and went get the food. Then my wife texted saying the order wasn’t even ready, they haven’t started making it yet. My wife came out 8 min later with food. She said the chicken strips she had were gummy and not cooked all the way, her mash potatoes we dry and tasted old.

Waited nearly 20 minutes for 2 tenders and Cole slaw. I finally gave up and drove through again. The person who had ordered ahead of me in the drive through was still waiting for someone to bring out their order when I left.

I wish you could put negative stars. This place would have a minus 3 at least. I ordered original chicken but she told me to hold on so she could check if there was any, and there wasn’t. Instead of giving me a timeframe of when a batch might come out, she just kept shaking her head no. She didn’t even offer other options. What a lazy excuse for an employee. I walked out cursing and went elsewhere. Never will visit this location again.

We went to kfc for the first time we got a 4 piece and it cost $8 when we left I opened the box and you could see how old it was it was cold and crusty. After that we went back and asked for some more chicken cause we wasn’t about to eat it as dry as it was and then we had to wait 30 minutes for some fresh chicken and the hot sauce they gave us was literally ketchup like come on what happened to finger licking good that’s all I wanted like come on do better

Based on yesterday’s visit I wont be going back for a long while. Waited about 30 min and when I went inside after being driven up they wanted to know what I was missing from my order. I never received the order at all! Only drinks. Ordinarily, we like them and go often. However when I went to get my refund no one even apologized for my long wait or even tried to make it better.
