The restaurant was clean but there was no chicken to be had… a 20 minute wait to get chicken. The 2 large sides were tasty but they were saving on the mashed potatoes as it wasn’t even close to a large. There was 4 employees there but 2 customers as most left when told “it will be a 20 minute wait”.

Was actually pretty pleasant. Cashier rang me up to make sure I paid less. She was friendly and it was a good experience. I got original and just seemed different but I will go with extra crispy and it will be better. All in all good experience.

I was waiting in line to order food and the lady behind the counter walked away. Was waiting for 10 minutes when the power went out. When it came back on she said they can’t take orders. I said that’s fine how long will it be I can wait. She threw her head set onto the counter and started cussing me out. This was in DeRidder. KFC you need to train your employees better.

We were traveling in the area with a trailer attached to the truck. They were closing the lobby door and the sweet manager Thea and worker zack allowed us to eat inside. They were beyond amazing and nice! We we definitely stop in on our future travels❤️

One of the managers named Thea has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen for a manager . She started her rudeness at drive thru then continued being rude throughout my experience. However the drive thru cashier was the sweetest and even apologized for her managers attitude. ( I tipped the cashier for her kindness) so I wouldn’t even give it half a star for that pathetic excuse of a woman..

DO NOT GO HERE! I tried to go get some food with my family the other day before work. The 2 workers ,who were in the store, were terrible workers, terrible customer service representatives. They were very impacted as I tried to order food for my family. They rushed me the whole time and acted like I was bothering them. They’re only job is to take orders and my food. If they can’t do that then they shouldn’t be working…I’m going to do everything that I can to get the deridder kfc shut down. This is unacceptable!

Slowest fast food restaurant in a 3 city radius. It’s a 30 to 50 minute wait on any chicken order. No customers in the restaurant, nobody in the drive thru and you still have extraordinary long wait times for basic orders. I don’t know how this place is still in business.

I had been there to pickup a door dash for a customer and when I attempted to grab the order, the cashier was extremely rude and said “Uhm that is not yours.” I stepped back and waited for my order to be called and was soon asked by another employee who I was picking up for, when I told her the name, the first woman threw her hands up and made a snarky comment. Respectfully, just because you are having a bad day doesn’t mean you need to make everyone else have a bad day.

Came to this store to get some food before an hour drive home. Whoever was on in intercoms took a few minutes to answer. When she did I asked for the famous bowl, she said they didn’t have what they needed waiting for a truck which is fine. Then she said she only has chicken cause they were “about to close” this is probably at 8:50. Then she took it back and said she could do anything cause they were about to close. I had time to drive 5 minutes down the street, order food at McDonald’s and type this before they should have been closing. Look into the management at this location.
