I give up on KFC in Baton Rouge and New Orleans, 8pm and their is no chicken. The young lady taking orders was very polite and professional, yet it’s poinless when when a chicken restaurant has NO chicken. They should take KFC name down and stick with Tacobell since that’s all they had.

It’s was my first time visiting a KFC restaurant and the GPS brought me to this location I’m so upset I wanted to eat at the restaurant the general manager had an annoying attitude she didn’t give me cups for my drink and didn’t give me a good costumer service I expected the worst location to eat definitely the worst restaurant service they need to change that manager the employees were nice but the problem is the bald manager I don’t know why she’s working in that restaurant if she’s not gonna give the best costumer service and treat the employees nicely

Chicken is super dry and staff extremely unprofessional so I asked for a baja blast and i guess u have to tell them frozen to get it because of course they shouldn’t have to ask if they offer the option in both fountain or frozen however the poor cashier felt the need to justify herself in confirming with the crew lol as they cussed at each other. Disgusting trash display. LOW WAGES= Poor Customer Service

We have tried 3 times to get food from here in the last week and all 3 times they were out of chicken or waiting on a cook. Everything says dine in open but the employees won’t let you order inside. This place needs a complete employee overhaul!
