smallest breast and leg a chicken could have and the breast was sooo dried out that it grew a skin of its own. I had to spit out the unchewable part. Called to complain and the manager could not have cared less. He was not apologetic or sympathetic. horrible experience. i will NOT visit this KFC ever again.

I hadn’t ate here at the Hearne location in a very long time, but I took a chance. Not one customer in the lobby nor drive-thru. I placed my order, wasn’t told the total, but was told to drive around. I ordered a 2 pc. mix meal ( thigh, breast, fries and pepsi) and rounded out to $9.00. By the time I made it home, everything was cold!!! I literally live 5mins away. No excuse!!!!! The night shift really needs to do better…

Don’t know who the woman was on the drive thru headphone at around 11:30, but apparently she was having some family issues and some members of her family came in using all kinds of profanity while other patrons besides myself were ordering food or waiting for food that had been ordered. I don’t think I’ll be visiting this establishment anymore due to this.

We was told that we would have to wait 16 minute wait on fresh chicken, instead we waited for 30 min and the chicken was burnt not fresh!!And paid 31.99 for a sixteen piece last night on Hearn st. That was the worst service ever!!! If we had got food poisoning I would have to sue that restaurant!! They said that they were down to there last bag of chicken, but that was a lie as well. I’m very disappointed in the people who represents this franchise and there self take pride in what you do ! Especially your job cause doing things just to get by not being honest with the customer, that says a lot about you as a individual. When you know better , You do better!!
