the chicken was overcooked and basically rubbery, their Dr. Pepper tasted watered down, the doors on the side facing Regions were locked so I had to walk around to the drive thru side just to pick up my order. this location has gone so downhill over the years, it might as well close. the only thing i can give them credit for is that their mashed potatoes with gravy are still good.

This place has went from bad to worse. I ordered a 2 wings and two legs, I got two thighs and 2 legs. And I wasn’t the only person in there that was getting incorrect orders. Shout out to the cashier for correcting my order. But older white guy needs to learn how to make the correct orders.

The service is just as bad as the condition of this restaurant. It is in serious need of an upgrade. It is like it is stuck in the 90’s. After ordering my food on their app with a specific pickup time, I arrived at the recommended time. I still had to wait 30 minutes for my food to be ready. Signage was broken and falling off displays, the floors were sticky. Employees could be seen just standing around in the back while the obvious manager was doing all the work. I remember now why I never come here.

Carry Out, Chicken Only. Nice that product was ready; and customer service experience better than past experiences. Friendly cashier; no “attitude” that is too frequent in so many fast food establishments throughout the area. Now the product. Past holding times. Very dark color as if cooked in old fryer oil; tasted ok, but NOT fresh. Breading Soggy and mostly greasy. Once past the outer mess, chicken tasted fine.

My mom and I ate lunch here on November 7th 2022. We went inside and waited maybe four to five minutes before we were acknowledged. She finally came over with a very dry attitude no apology or nothing. We ordered and sat down. We needed napkins and they were completely out. Mind you we were eating greasy chicken so I had to go in the bathroom and use tissue with which I had to use the foam soap to clean our hands. The bathroom was nasty. The air in the dining area was very warm. Nobody seemed interested with the front counter. We ordered original and got crispy chicken. Very disappointed with the service. If I could give no stars I would but it’s not an option.
