I always have great experiences with this KFC. Staff is always friendly and work fast to get your order together. I tried the chicken sandwich, it was great! The piece of chicken in the sandwich is probably the biggest piece I have ever had compared to Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Church’s, or any other restaurant that serves chicken sandwiches.

I went to the KFC on North Market at 7:35 pm on a Saturday evening because the wife wanted extra crispy chicken. When I pulled up there was no vehicles in the drive thru nor were any of there outside lights on. I thought, that’s odd! When I pulled up to place my order the manager said they DON’T have any crispy only original. I asked how long would it be for the crispy, and he said at least 20 minutes. Which means they are only cooking to order. Needless to say, 30 minutes later I got some of the worst tasting KFC chicken ever. Do not go there!!!!

Customer service is just ok, nothing to brag about…….at ALL THE LOCATIONS in Shreveport/Bossier city. Customer service is a REAL DRAG IN THIS CITY!!!!!!! MISSIOURI KILLS THIS CITY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROBABLY WHY THEY WON THE SUPERBOWL 2023, of whom I went for they need to seriously find a way to drain that spicy slaw on that wrap, its not very appealing or appetizing….especially once the wrap hits the bag and the wrapper of the wrap DIDNT CARE HOW THEY WRAPPED IT!!!!!! Just slaw juice everywhere!! Also, make sure YOUR ICE TEA IS NOT FULL OF TEA GROUNDS!!!!!! I just had to take it back and give to them once I sucked it down and got to the bottom! won’t be going back didn’t even want a refund, just look at what ya served me
