I enjoy eating the mashed potato bowls until today. I got so much gravy and very little mashed potatoes. It looks like soup! Please don’t let someone that don’t know how to make the bowl do so. I so enjoy your bowls often, other than today!!!!

The employees here work hard to provide good service for a product that has declined so much I will no longer eat at KFC. It use to be my favorite place to get chicken. I don’t know why they changed how they make it. But it is inedible. Prices are ridiculous. Not wasting my money to purchase horrible food. I gave it 2 stars for the service, otherwise it would be a zero. Don’t bother calling corporate to complain, they really didn’t care what I had to say. 45 yrs eating KFC, No longer a customer. Good bye.

We have tried to patronize this place many times! Every time we have they never have what we would like to order. This visit today again they did not have what we wanted to order. Settled for chicken strips. But they were just warm and several of them had human hairs on them. The mash potatoes were just warm not hot. Never again will we go to this place.

Chicken had been in the warmer for too long. The chicken was dry and the skin was greasy. Oil was dripping into the bottom of the bucket and pooling there. Also, the chicken tasted too salty. Altogether, not very good.

I intended to get a pot pie because theirs is usually very good, with lots of filling and is really tasty with a flaky crust. Well, this time, there was none ready and they said it would be about 22 minutes before it was ready, so…no thank you ! I got my husband the chicken little wraps which also had to be cooked and so I was asked to pull forward and that my order would take about 5 minutes so, ok, ugh….over 10 minutes later, no sign of any food so I went in. (Did I mention that when I arrived, I was the only customer there?) So I proceed to go in and find at least 4 employees standing around visiting and I asked about my order and they had no clue! So I told them what to look for and low and behold, there sits my food on the side of the counter! Not sure if my food would ever have been delivered to my car as instructed, but I was not pleased with the service.

Got chicken after guy in front of line got off phone with someone telling him what to order! Some people left because of wait! Lady taking his order kept her cool and was frustrated but remained nice! If someone else there could have ran another register it would have been good!
