This was our 3rd and final attempt at trying this location. Everytime we go through the drive through we have had to wait on chicken, this time they said 9 mins, we agreed to wait..20 mins later just as we were about to go inside, they came out with our food. The chicken was horrible, way to much soggy batter, and so greasy..some pieces we weren’t sure which part of the chicken they came from. Third strike.. we are out!! I doubt this place stays open much longer, it needs alot of help!

This is my favorite kfc .the town I come from has 2 of them and they food to me just not as good as this location plus the employees have always been nice to me and the store always looks clean . I hope they keep up the good job ! We need more clean and friendly locations like this one

My how things have changed! No more steam table of hot, fresh food! Understandable to a degree, but still disappointing! The ice tea was definitely OLD and it was horrible! Chicken was tasty, can’t get one recipe wrong if it’s shipped in already battered! One cashier was ride, but one was very hospitable. But the bad is what gets these type 3 star reviews. Customer service could be better yet overall due to scarcity of variety in Eldorado we would go back!
