I walked over from the hotel. The cihicken they gave me looks like it had been sitting under the heat lamp all day after frying it. It was hard and dry. I just tossed it. Had already walked back to the hotel before i realised the old left overs i paid $14 for. I just had to let it go and count my loss. This was around 6pm but still. If the chicken is that old and leftover. Dont sale it. Nice clean place, nice workers but very disappointed in the quallity of the chicken.

This place has really improved. The drive thru lady (Robin) was very clear and pleasant. Didn’t rush us and was nice at window. The second window was Tierra and she was just as sweet. Confirmed order, asked if we needed anything else. I’ve never been to a KFC before and had this kind of service. These two ladies went above and beyond with customer service. The food was hot and was well prepared in package. The rest of the staff inside of restaurant seemed well groomed as well as the restaurant and the parking lot was very clean. Everyone was working very diligently. So congratulations to this store. You don’t get this anymore. Thank you!!!!!

The service was ok but the biscuits wasn’t done and the chicken was ok but the coleslaw was runny Pepsi was carbonated bathrooms was out of order and no sweet tea had to get it behind the counter did not find it very clean inside the soda fountain was dirty around it.
