Cold fries, missing chicken, long wait even after close to 30 mins of ordering online. Negative atmosphere all together and I think it was because of the manager there that seemed to belittle everyone, including customers. The chicken we did receive was full of grease and was no where near extra crispy. Skin was soggy and falling off. It was not even edible. Fries were cold. A few months ago I would have said it was a great place to eat but it is just horrible now.

Went through drive thru had to repeat order 3 times, was never offered any deals or told thank you. Spent almost 40.00 for three people, got all the way home after waiting 10 minutes as cars behind received their orders to find out we were missing part of ours. Tried calling 20 times and phone never got answered. It’s been 2 and a half hours and still haven’t got this fixed. Not very happy. Not to mention the food we did get was made sloppy and the grilled steak burritos that are 6.79 each had more rice that anything in it. Didn’t have hardly any steak on them. This happens to us atleast 3 out of 5 times when we go there. Needless to say I wasted 40.00 today and the time going to this place.

The new manager has cleaned the place up, made the food a thousand times better. He is working on getting good customer service workers. For the most part they are friendly. They seem to not pay attention to the front counter, so sometimes you have a long wait to get your order taken.

Ordered using the App. Was told order would be ready in 5 minutes. Arrived at store & was told it would be at least 20 minute wait. Was unable to wait that long or I’d be late returning to work. Cancelled my order. Debit card charged. Have tried multiple times to call customer service, but never get through. The automated help line only emails me my receipt, reminding me how I’m out $25.

Took 45 minutes to get our orders (two 3-piece tenders and fries) then instead of fries, they gave us mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese with no utensils (we were driving, no way to eat that food)! When we returned to get our orders corrected, we were asked what we wanted them to do about it…it finally took another 20 minutes to get the fries. Poor management, awful service. If i could give zero stars I would!
