They got one star because there wasn’t an option for 0 stars. First I stood for 5 minutes waiting for someone to appear at the register. Then I yelled hello several times and waited another 5 minutes before asking if anyone was there and a grouchy lady with long red hair yelled just a minute and I waited about 3 more minutes before a young man took my order. They had no change at the register. So I had to wait on it too after I paid. I went to my booth. At the time only one other couple was in there. I waited ten minutes and no food so I went back to the front where the same red headed woman asked if I needed something. I said well I am waiting on my food I ordered a few minutes ago and she gave me a “so” look. Then another lady came up and was sorting the receipts at the cash register while asking me what I ordered. I told her and she kept showing me the wrong orders. Finally she got to mine and after about 3 minutes I got my food. The chicken had been cooked for such a long time I couldn’t even chew it. My last time there.

We had the chicken tenders and while usually not bad, they seemed undercooked and even rubbery with hardly any breading. We also got fries that were so over salted it’s absolutely ridiculous. Even the drink we had PAID for was missing. Overall, KFC really screwed us over $40.

I had to let you know what a WONDERFUL lady (Sandy) at the KFC drive though in Cabot. It’s so nice to know there are still people who take that extra minute to help and to do your order perfectly. She always has a smile and makes sure everything is correct. This is why I love to get my food from Cabot AR KFC friendly face helpful and checks everything!! Thank you Sandy!!!

Went to kfc in Cabot AR. There was no toilet paper no soap in the men’s bathroom. The bathroom was filthy. No buffet. Did they stop having the buffet so that they can charge more for things. Would not recommend

This is the absolute nastiest place!! Not one table had been wiped down. The bathroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months!! The food was good & fresh but a germaphobe would have ran out of this location & jumped in a bucket of sanitizer!!

I’ve given this place a couple of chances but I’m done now. I went over there about 2 weeks ago to try the chicken wraps, the service this go around was decent til I started to eat. The wraps were just thrown together and the chicken was barely warm. I decided to go back 2 days ago, I sit at the speaker for 5 mins before someone tells me to pull around. There is a car waiting at the window, they honk twice to no response so at that point I decide to leave. In my personal opinion either hire a good crew or shut this place down.
