Went through the drive-thru today and got cold fries took them in expecting fresh fries to be made, instaed they grabbed the same cold fries from the fry area made me a fresh batch of cold fries and handed them to me. Then proceded to get an attitude when I asked them to make new fresh fries. Like that was a concept they have never heard of.

The last few times that I have been to the location in Conway, it was been awful. The wait is extremely long, employees are very rude, food has gotten horribly expensive, order is always wrong, food is undercooked or dry. They have also been out of chicken twice! This is the only KFC that I have these problems with. I will be going across the street to Popeyes for way better food for a better price.

Even for fast-food eateries the prices were high, the food was undercooked with raw blood dripping from some pieces. Order was wrong and since I ordered to go, was out of town before I realized how bad things were. Had to wait almost 1/2 hrs for my order. When I called about it they offered to fix it if I brought it back quickly.

Disgusting – Nothing like other KFC locations. Chicken was soggy and tasted old. This is the 3rd time – why KFC?? Why will you not do ANYTHING to help this location?? Why is this store not a priority on your list for revamping? They obviously need it. This store is ruining your brand. I’ll be going across the street to Popeyes for now on.
