I should mention that the Fowlers no longer own the franchises in Jonesboro. They sold almost all of them to some guy named Chris, i think. There was an article in the local newspaper about it. You can look it up. This must be why the customer service is below average.

The staff is horrible. They messed my order up and then acted upset when I asked them to fix the mistake. Not to mention I waited 20 minutes at the front counter for someone to take my order. They said they were busy in the drive thru but there was literally no one there. Definitely not going back again.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. Whoever works here needs to go to the unemployment office. They deserve to be fired. On 8/3/22 I went to order something and No one would take my order. Drove around 2 times through the drive through and no answer went inside tried to order and they deliberately hid in the back so they couldn’t be seen. Then we went to the drive through one last time and said something they didn’t like and they finally decided to speak simply bc we got rude with them. I will be calling management and telling them exactly what happened. To whoever was working tonight I hope you get fired.
