The ice machine wasn’t working in the lobby. So we asked the young man behind the counter if he would please get us some ice in our cups. He told us that another employee had just reset it and to wait two or three minutes to try again and then if it didn’t work he would get us some ice. First off, that should have never happened. When we ask for some ice anyone with any sense of hospitality and service would know you just get the ice. But I digress, we waited and went back up. Still no ice. Walk over to the counter holding our cups and ask if we could please have ice now. His response was basically a huff and a toddler like walk over to pick up our cups walk, I kid you not, less than 10 ft from the counter to get ice in our cups. I guess I should have been grateful for the less than 1/4 of the cup worth of ice that he gave us. Not a good experience.

I ordered a chicken little ( crispy) and a small pack of fries through Uber eats for an afternoon snack. The order came on time and it was packed nicely. However, the entire food was cold and bad. I know that it was a delivery and depends on how the driver handles it. Still the chicken inside the slider was hard as it was cold. The fries we’re the terrible. They were cold and hard, and extremely salty. It was so pathetic that I could not eat the entire portion.

First and last time im getting wings from kfc. Or at least this kfc. They were undercooked and greasy/sloppy. Chicken was just rubbery. The skin wouldnt even stay on the chicken as i grabbed ahold of it. I’d much rather recommend any other wing place (or just a place that serves wings) over this. The only reason i gave it a 2 star is cause their fried chicken is usually okay and their biscuits and mac and cheese is good.

I went to this kfc on 2/10/2023 .. let me tell you the manager was a white girl she is ️.. she was so freakin rude all I asked her was about a certain drink and she really got a attitude .. I definitely will no be going back and then she told the employees not too say anything too me .. oh yea she was the day time manager to it was about 1:30 when I went there . I didn’t even buy anything .

The place was really unkept and untidy for a down period during the day. I never received a receipt at the counter, and the service just wasn’t great. The floors were unswept and looked like it had been that way for days not just the day, and I had to wipe down my own table it was sticky and all the tables around me were just as sticky.
