I am saddened to right this review. I came to the door there is no sign and I was instructed to go to the drive-thru speaker is not working. I drive up to the window I can see employees inside noting nothing and laughing. I honk my horn no one turns around. I honk a little louder. They finish their conversation and finally come to the window. They take our order and tell us pull around and they will bring it to us. While we waited we say an employee come to the door and curse a man out. We have been waiting 35 minutes for my husband to have to go to the door as we see them still enjoying their time at work doing nothing to ask them how much longer. They tell him to pull around. He reminds them he had been waiting. They tell us I got you. Its coming up. We waited another 20 mins. Patience is a vital but being taken advantage of is unacceptable. This needs to be addressed by your corporate team. I am ashamed to see this for you. No one should have to see so much unprofessional behavior and pay for a meal. Needless to say I will not be returning to be disrespected and ignored. Nothing is ever that good. Please get a team that will do better, it is of paramount importance at this point!

Waited 20 minutes past my predicted order time. Food wasn’t even prepared till I asked. They ran out of original recipe halfway through. They told me they only had 5 biscuits of the 8 ready so they gave me another side. Entire order was wrong. Ended up with three Mac and cheese and one mashed potatoes and gravy and none of the biscuits that were mentioned at all. Also the drink machine Pepsi tasted off and had no ice. Not sure where the manager is but they were definitely not on the property or they don’t care at all at the lack luster service provided.

Went to pickup my to go order and was advised they didn’t have chicken nuggets. Offered to replace with tenders so I said sure then told me it would be 15 minutes. I asked why and a gentlemen came to the window blood shot eyes looked stoned. Told me it’s 15 minutes because the kitchen was behind while laughing. Nobody in the lobby I was the only person In drive through. Processing refund now.

I suppose more people do drive-through because this place looked like a ghost town. But the service was fast and the food was so fresh. I had never experienced such great tasting KFC before. There are so many food choices in just a little over a quarter of a mile. But because of the food and the service this is the only choice for me.

I’m not sure why I keep coming back to this location. The service is always slow and the people aren’t always friendly. Yesterday 4/13/23, my wife wanted a bowl but they said they didn’t have the nuggets thawed… it was 7:00PM. I ordered chicken tenders and they were definitely old, dry, and thin. I couldn’t hardly swallow them. My potatoes and gravy was a very small portion. The sweet tea and my biscuit was good, but the chicken was a let down. My past 4-5 experiences here have been rough. Whether it’s waiting at the drive thru because nobody is answering the drive thru or getting old chicken, or just not having what I want ready to serve. This definitely is not the KFC of old.

Service is great, the rest of the place needs an update to match the new pricing! 3 piece white meat(which was two breasts and a Cornish hens baby wing) two sides of a drink and a biscuit was over $12.50 tax and all it was 14 something! I didn’t expect that!

I order 3 Nashville hot chicken little and they had no sauce and no pickles. Also my Nashville hot meal had no pickles. This isn’t the first time this KFC failed me but it will be the last time I ever go to that location.

PLEASE BE AWARE – KFC does not sync their website with their stores, I have been sold items stores have been out of (by the store’s own admission) for a week. But the website will continue to collect your money and not provide. My delivery order didn’t even inform me. I had to notice myself, call the store, only to be told they didn’t have it and there’s nothing they can do. A few months back, their website sold me an entire order (over 20 dollars) to a location that wasn’t even open. Made me wait on hold for over 20 minutes to get a refund. Same story today, didn’t have my entire order (a reputable company would email you this and automatically refund you) not KFC. I again waited on hold 24 minutes to speak to someone about a refund. Made myself wait on hold so I remember this the next time I am stupid enough to order from this company, bc it’s really on me at this point.

This location is absolutely awful. The food quality is subpar at best and even if you ask to wait for fresh food you will still get poor quality. Highly recommend management take a look into how this location operates….
