My husband and I ordered strips. Called back because they were old. General Manager yelled and said they were not. I gave my last two to my dog. She couldn’t bite through it. Decided to swallow it whole. Vomited the strip back up to even attempt to chew it. But to the manager they were fresh cooked it herself. Never again. I had to apologize to my dog for giving it to her.

We pulled up at the drive-thru and was asked immediately what our order was but hadn’t been in a while so we asked for a minute to look over the menu. Mind you, no one was behind us but we were hounded to place our order and treated like simpletons. We finally pulled away without ordering.

I’m leaving a negative review because I don’t want to get one of the cashiers in trouble. The KFC system starts a timer that reflects the success or failure of cashiers as soon as the customer pulls into the drive thru. That’s unfair, because I often am not ready to order when I pull in. And now that I know it, it puts pressure on me to order quickly so as not to negatively impact the cashier. Fix this policy.

The employees were so rude, I’ve had many rude workers serve me before but none I’ve felt inclined to leave a review about. The women at the window were so mean though that I feel I have to tell others not to go here if you want customer service that you can leave happy with. I was so excited for kfc and they ruined the whole experience with their nasty attitudes and despite all this I wasn’t rude once. Would rate 0 stars if possible.

Terrible, staff in drive thru is incredibly rude, acted like I kicked her dog when asking for honey mustard. Also just look at the quality of the hot chicken they served up. All around bad experience….also didn’t get my drink or receipt which just adds to the experience
