I came through the drive thru and I ordered a bucket of chicken, Mac and cheese, and coleslaw and I paid for it and the shift manager Glenn told me to come to pull around to the front door and I did and Glenn came out and told me that they were out of Mac and cheese and came out with a cake and Glenn told me that he was making fresh gravy and fresh french fries to add to my order and Glenn was so nice and kind to do that and I told Glenn that he didn’t have too make the French fries and gravy Because they were closing. Glenn was so kind and nice he gave me a free chocolate chip cake for the replacement of my Mac and cheese and my gravy.

I visited here about 2 weeks ago. My experience was great. The service was wonderful. The workers were polite and helpful. The gentleman named Darrell I believe, that helped me made my experience great and I appreciate him. The other men were just as nice. Thank you. The food was excellent. I will be back.

The black gentleman who was a manager was a very nice and very respectful, but there was another black lady there I think she was also a supervisor not quite sure but she was very rude she was screaming how she hates her job and how she’s about to go find another one she’s tired of this place Etc, I waited 45 minutes just to get my food! But the older black gentleman was very nice very respectful and made sure I got all my food. I hope that other lady found another job that meets her criteria but with that type of attitude she won’t be employed very long anywhere she goes.

Ordered for quick pickup and arrived at the restaurant when I got the email notification that my food was ready. I walked in to pickup my order and the woman at the counter said that they hadn’t even started on my order and that it would take an additional 30 minutes maybe longer…I only ordered a chicken pot pie. I had to cancel my order because I didn’t have that much time to wait. I figured the food should’ve been ready according to the email notification that was sent saying that it was. This has happened at multiple locations. KFC around OKC has gone downhill for quite some time. They used to be good but not anymore. They remodeled the buildings. No one ever eats in there. You can paint over poo but it’s still poo unfortunately. The location on NE 23rd and MLK is the worst one!!!
