Husband and I dined in for a late lunch on our way home from an appointment. With it being well after the lunch rush, (2:30 p.m)we were extremely happy with not only super hot and fresh food but very kind and pleasant staff. This KFC is AWFUL. The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I came at about 8 o’clock. They close at 9. I asked for 6 chicken legs and they only had three left, when I asked why they couldn’t make more it was because they were “cleaning” their fryers. The lady at the drive through had no idea what to say and kept saying “uhh” or “well” and muting the microphone. When I complained that it was an hour until close and they should have chicken legs, because it is a CHICKEN RESTURANT, they told me to leave and have a nice day, after i already paid and they hadn’t given me my food yet. The chicken legs that they did give me ( only three ) were cold and dry. I could barely bite into them. I do not recommend eating here. General manager was very rude.

The food was fresh for a change. This was the first time I ate at KFC in months. And after the last of many bad experiences there, I gave it another chance. My only complaint is that most of the tables were dirty and there and I was the only customer dining in.

Difficult to get my order right here. Even when I tell them in person. Frustrating. Fried chicken is the same as when I was a kid. Decent proportions, but for a family be ready to pay around 40 to 50 for entire meal. Not including any drinks.
