Via Drive through ordered ” the new chicken nuggets’ ” was disappointed upon receiving my meal, but it’s not all bad the chicken nuggets were ( could have been hot/fresh) they would have been good but got a mediocre meal but I did expect more than that, since it’s new/ and usually always have a good chance our food is cooked fresh sometimes at this location. We had our meal and we did enjoy it together and my hubby and I split a biscuit and we have a good lunch memory

Went through drive through, after waiting 10 minutes at the menu to order, i pull up and receive my food. I was not given a receipt & wasn’t worried about it because i paid cash. When i go to eat, found long hairs in the food. I called up to the store to get a refund and was told because i didn’t have a receipt i would not be issued a refund, even though they did not offer me a receipt at all. Then was told i could get my food replaced by the manager kevin, when i went to go get my food replaced i called to tell them i was on my way & then was told that they would not be replacing my food. 0/10 would recommend. Bad service, hair in food, and no resolution was ever came to

I have to say that Kentucky Fried Chicken has definitely improved their people at the window and their workers very very good working and very very good service the chicken is very good and it is been exactly what I have ordered . It is improved much over the last year and since they have a service problem before and they were only serving wings from time to time. I am going to leave my previous review so that you can see what I am talking about and how greatly it has improved. So the following will be my old review. This is an update and I’m going to tell you as I say on Tulsa live go get you some awesome service in Kentucky Fried Chicken at this KFC in Broken Arrow. I’m not sure if they had a management change ownership change but the employees that are working there are much better than the ones that were there just a year ago.
