We got the $20 fill-up box. They were out of fries and offered 2 sides. We chose mashed potato’s and mac-n-cheese. The Mac-n-cheese was gross. The portions were so small and we were sharing it!!!! They only gave me 11 chicken nuggets! ELEVEN!!!!! We also asked for KFC sauce and got 1. We had to go back through the drive thru to ask for more sauce and silverware so we could eat the Mac-n-cheese & potatoes. The staff was nice but super rushed! They wouldn’t stay in the window long enough to let you finish asking for what you need. They weren’t even that busy. Really disappointed. We have got the box at another location and we loved it. It was obvious they already had all this made up and waiting to go out the window. It was just cold & rushed.

It was okay for a cheap and fast lunch. The original recipe chicken was old and dried out. The people that were sitting next to me could have used a shower. The lady behind the counter was borderline rude. The building is in really bad shape. Do yourself a favor and don’t even go into the restroom. I will not be going back.

Honestly not sure how this place isn’t a 5/5 star. Every single time I’ve been through the drive through, I’m out in under a minute. They have always gotten my order right (I know this isn’t always the case, accidents happen) but I know that if they did make a mistake, it would be handled quickly. The food is always hot and fresh. My FAVORITE KFC out of every one I’ve been to! Keep rockin it Sapulpa KFC!

Absolutely incredible! This place has made a major turn around in quality and service. We literally were in and out of the drive thru in a under 2 minutes. The order was correct and we got it hot! The drive thru girl was correct, faster than chic fila. The food quality was top notch. We are so glad this place is rocking like it used too. 5 star crew working today 5/7/23. They all need raises. It was busy too. Will be back regularly

Absolutely the best KFC I’ve ever visited! The staff here is always friendly and eager to help. The manager goes above and beyond and it shows in the quality of this place. The food is always hot and fresh and prepared perfectly in a clean environment. If you haven’t been here in a while you should definitely check out what they are doing now.

Dine in was served chicken strips only. Drive through received regular chicken. Seemed as if they thought they could cook the minimum chicken. Paid 14 dollars for buffet and only received strips. Not worth 14 dollars. Should have received discount.

I loved this place for awhile because I had found out they sold chicken gizzards, I always went back thru Sapulpa on my way home from my drs appt in broken arrow and I would even just drive from Okmulgee up to get some gizzards if I was craving them…they broke my heart by discontinuing CHICKEN GIZZARDS!!! Bring them back!!!
