Did not give me a complete order. Bought the 3 pc chicken box, but did not get two sides, only one.. they left out my coleslaw. Returned next day, was first told that I would not get a new box dinner since I didn’t bring back previous order with receipt. Then talked to manager, said they did not have my name down, and that the one I talked to wouldn’t be in till 2 pm on 08/04/22. WILL NEVER GO BACK!! POOR SERVICE, AND NOT COMPLETING ORDERS

Stopped in and gust grabbed some sides. Mashed potatoes and gravy, Mac n cheese, corn and coslaw. Well get home and coleslaw was so spoiled you could smell it outside of the container. Plus on top of that had to sit in line waiting for one other car Infront of me for 20 min. I tried to call several time and got no answer it’s like they don’t hear it ring or just closed up. Had to wait 20 mins. Had to ask what my order was. Lost my order. Gave me my order. Missing a biscuit. Will be a while before I go back. FFI ain’t what it use to be. Now it’s just…The Food Industry. Just looked, do not have a bottom to the biscuit I did get so, half a biscuit. Not in this economy.

Took over 8 minutes in drive thru. I was behind only one vehicle. They were not busy. I ordered Nugget meal. $9.99. my Pepsi had no ice(ice machine not properly working, I understand that), the biscuit was raw and cold in the center, and I requested honey mustard and there was not any kind of sauce at all in my order. After tax my order was $11.54.

Would not recommend! Stopped to eat, two customers ahead of us, ones order wrong the other said they had been waiting forever. They said they didn’t have a manager or cook, so after waiting a while we gave up and asked for refund, we didn’t want to eat chicken that wasn’t cooked properly. They said couldn’t give a refund without a manager. We finally just left without getting our money back. Called the corporate office they didn’t give a voucher or refund either! I would stay far away from this poorly managed place!
