It’s trash every table dirty even tho we were the only ones In the restraunt and no service at all they just stand there and wait for there conversation and pretty sure they gave us old food and my chicken strips were super skimpy! Some official needs to check them out. P.s. another lost customer!!

Food wasn’t very good. Chicken tasted funny ( maybe cooked in old oil?) Mac n cheese was bland and watered down. Bought 12 piece, got 4 legs, 1 thigh, 3wings, and 4 breasts. Spent over 50$ and they were out of most condiments. Honey, bbq, honey mustard, ….it was stifling hot in there. On a good note, the employees were very friendly and pleasant.

Shut this place down! I’ve been there 3 times and every time I go they say “sorry we are out of chicken it will be an hr or two to thaw and make”….That’s all you sell, why are you open if you can’t sell your product. Then I started to ask the girl..”why are they always out… don’t even get to finish the question!!!! She replied “You can Just F-ing leave! You don’t have to F-ing eat here” I was blown away!!!! It was a simple question and I got such an unprofessional, EXTREMELY OFFENSIVE answer in front of my wife and child! Save yourself time and headache and just drive to the chicken express in Broken Bow friendly staff and great service.

This place wasn’t that great before all the county official mess, but now it is downright atrocious. Lately they are “out of chicken” or “the fryer is down” or “it’s too close to closing” every time we have gone. They’ll open with the drive thru phrase “Would you like to try our new kfc nuggets?,” but then once they hear our voice they’ll revert to one of the aforementioned “we aren’t going to serve you” lines. I had a feeling it was because of our ethnicity, so I tested that theory out & had a friend of a different ethnic background attempt a similar order 15 minutes after we had been told the “can’t serve you” phrase “it’s too close to closing” (which by the way was an hour & a half prior to closing time). Wouldn’t you know he got the order in just fine & received the chicken with no complications whatsoever. 100% a stay away for our family moving forward.

We walked into the lobby at 11:55am on a Sunday morning and stood at the counter for a few minutes. Finally someone from the back said we’re closed. So we left. We really wanted to try the new chicken nuggets, but I guess we’ll look for another location. There was no sign on the door stating they were closed, nor was there a sign with their normal hours.

Stopped off at this location for a late dinner (9pm) and waited at the drive trough for about 5 minutes. No one ever said a word to me over the intercom. I checked the hours and it says it closes at 10pm. I pulled around and saw two employees inside so I parked to go inside and the door was locked… I knocked on the window to see why it was closed and the girl looked me in the eye then looked away and ignored me. Very unprofessional and make the company look bad.

Ordered nuggets and chicken strips. I was told it would be seven minutes before the nuggets were ready and asked if I was okay with it, and I told them yes. I was given my order of strips and asked to pull up and wait. 20 minutes later, I went inside and had to ask for my order. When I got home, I realized I did not receive the meal I paid for only the nuggets. I was one of two customers during that entire 20 minutes, and when I left, she was still waiting.

I will say out of the many times I’ve been here over the past 4 years the food has just about always been really good, way better than the Hugo Location. However the big issue is that despite the Lobby open sign outside the lobby is not opened more often than it is. Today I went into the lobby, but realized I left my wallet in my car so I went to get it, and as soon as I got back to the building they locked the door on me. And with this location they typically don’t seem to be able to cook enough food to keep up with orders, so if I have to wait I’d rather wait in the lobby as opposed to a drive through line.

after I picked up my order and got home none of order was correct. I received chicken strips instead of famous bowl and when my daughter bit into one they were pink!!! So people check your chicken before you eat because it may be raw!!!
