3/4 of dining area blocked off from use and employee poured soapy water all over that floor, scrubbing it while other customers were eating in remaining area. Another employee was scrubbing chairs with soapy water in customer entrance and floor was standing on water. One had to be very cautious to keep from slipping on the soapy water in floor of doorway. Other customer entrance was not allowed to be used due to the mopping. This was not conducive to customer service at all.

This place needs some help! Extremely dirty inside with sticky chairs, trash and food on floor and staff members that are hard of hearing. I’m a little dissatisfied with Overall visit. Truly feel like I need to shower after leaving here.

Ordered on the app the special that included 8 pieces of chicken and 8 chicken strips with sides. After my husband drove to Shawnee and back home, we discovered the 8 pieces of chicken strips were missing from the bag. He had to dive all the way back to Shawnee to get the rest of our order. Not cool at all KFC… for this we will not order anything from the mall drive location again. This ended up being a ridiculous amount of miles for your mistake!

I’d give it a zero if I could. Ordered 8 piece original and the crust was so hard we couldn’t even eat it, if we didn’t live out in the country we would have returned it, we live 15 miles away. And to top it off they were out of coleslaw one of their signature items. We will be going to Popeyes or Chester’s chicken from now on. How disappointing, the colonel would be disgusted!!

I ordered potato wedges and I got them fresh. I asked for them fresh because this store will give you soggy food. The top wedges were nice crispy except once you get to the bottom of the box. The were cooked together. The gravy was lukewarm. I rated this experience a three because of the gravy, the wedges and the size of wedges box. I have bought a large before and those were not a large box. I was correct it is a snack size box.

Shawnee Mall Drive location is horrible. My husband and I walked in to get dinner and as we approached the counter the ENTIRE team manager included started arguing about who was coming to the counter to take our order. I told my husband someone better come take our order or we are leaving. Right then an employee comes around from the back with this disappointed look in his face and reluctantly takes our order. They then give us our order and forgot our drinks until my husband reminded them and another employee rolls their eyes and proceeded to get our drinks. Word to the wise don’t bring your business to this location the other one is way better.
