I have always used this location today I’m changing it up. The supposed manager at this location (which I’m sure I was lied to about him being the manager) was a rude snippet of a person. He acted put out and bothered to be there at all. We got 5 pieces of chicken and when he was asked for sauce first he seemed bothered that we wanted honey instead of hot sauce and then he threw in 2 packs of honey only and thrust the bag out of the window with a rude “HERE” THEN I call to talk to the manager he is the one that was at the window? I can’t believe this guy has been made a manager of ANYTHING. If he’s management material I can’t imagine how bad the rest of the staff was.

*Edit: Barely seasoned. You have to rewarm it to taste a hint of seasoning on the soggy, battered skin. Even then, the meat is bland.* Whoever likes KFC, or thinks it has the best fried chicken, either has never been to Popeye’s, is desperately hungry, there is no Popeye’s close enough, and or doesn’t know how to season chicken batter at home.

RUDE!!! customer service was terrible not greeted told me 5 minutes At the drive threw for me to get my order. Then15 minutes went by i went inside they were unapologetic took another 5 or so . There attitude was like why our you even here. Food was decent never going back to this location.

Don’t waste you time or money!!! I went to this location after YEARS of not having KFC. I walked in, nobody greeted me. Several employees looked my right in the eyes, and did not say a word to me. Finally, the manager comes to the counter being very impatient with me, I could tell she didn’t wanna be there. So, I order the 3 pc combo box. The chicken had absolutely no flavor to it. I ate the 2 legs because I was starving. The thigh was undercooked, pink on the inside and still bloody. The biscuit was super dry and over cooked. My potatoes were bland and even tje coleslaw wasn’t a hit! I tried, but it’s a no for me. The drink station was dirty, and nobody that worked there looked happy. Just a bad experience altogether. I’ll stick to Williams chicken up the road from here.

Same thing as burger king. Why does the food quality vary so wildly. My generals crispy sandwich was great, and super crispy. The popcorn chicken though…. stay far away unless you want to eat some potentially dangerous food.
