For starters I wanted crispy and they didn’t have any. Not worth my money. I’ve been calling repeatedly to discuss my dissatisfaction and no one is answering. The manager is on duty, which makes ‘tis even more disappointing.

Offers “online only” deals, so I headed to the restaurant only to find out what my family wanted is one such deal, so I drive out of the drive thru and park and venture inside. The cashier was very courteous and helpful. She patiently helped me place an online order and even brought it out to me. The only issue that I had was that you can’t choose substitutions for items online so I had to tell them what I wanted, but they did manage to give me everything I ordered the first time!

Great place to eat. I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and it was delicious. It’s one of my favorites to be honest. Don’t let the grease fool you, it’s supposed to be oily. Thanks and I’ll be back again!

I was very disappointed with my experience at this particular KFC. The staff wasn’t customer focused and was not friendly at all. I ordered a combo meal, and didn’t get my fries. The chicken sandwich tasted like it came out of an microwave and the wings were just room temperature and somewhat tasteless. Hopefully it was just a bad day for them and not their standard:(

I ordered a 10-piece chicken my wife picked it up she did not order it but she wasn’t sure that it was the right order she returned the item to the store and they were sure that bill D which is not me I’m Bill C which was the wrong order on top of that this order was ready at 5:15 my order was ready at 6:57 when my wife got home I was very disappointed because that is not what I ordered and I got someone else’s orders from 2 hours earlier I went back to the store the next day and talked with the owner through a cell phone through an employee she would not make my order correctly like what I ordered and paid for because my wife picked up the wrong order even if I picked up an order that was 2 hours late I would still take that back one of my kids just had surgery that’s why we were doing quick pick up food she was in route to picking up medicine then some food I’m very unhappy and how this owner took care of a very small order I personally will never go back to this KFC because of their customer service
