So this KFC (and also Taco Bell) is not like any other I’ve been to. They consistently meet by high expectations as a restaurant owner myself I tend to be quick at pointing out problems. Here I can’t, only thing slightly negative I would say is not open all night or at least later as I would patronize even more. The store manager Gerard is spot on customer service centric attitude and the food quality and temperatures are perfect. Every other KFC I go to the gravy is the consistency of water and instantly falls off the mashed potatoes- here absolutely not. They spend the extra 5 cents in ingredients and make it right. Perfect consistency and thickness and taste wonderful. And I’ve never got chicken that tasted like it was out of a warmer, which means they hold their food appropriately timed. Their Taco Bell side is also great, especially the new Grilled Cheese Shredded Beef Taco. Please keep up the astonishing work and I’ll stay a long term customer!

Manager Gerardo (sp?) was VERY unprofessional. Gave me soggy chicken and biscuits that were left out. When he opened the bucket he said I had already taken a bite. I said yes that’s how I realized it was soggy. He said because I had already touched it he could not take it back… insinuated although I had taken it out of the establishment… If I brought it back without taking a bite he would have put it under the heat lamp! He told me to go ahead and call the better business bureau it wasn’t his problem! Wow! I will NEVER come back here.

I bought the $20 box as advertised on TV, today. The chicken is so salty it actually burned my mouth. The fries were not fresh and not their normal fries. I am almost 80. My budget cannot waste food. This was to be for at least 4 meals. I had to throw it away. The biscuits are like hockey pucks.

Ordered 8 piece got it without any potatoes biscuits hard as rocks used gravy to soften didn’t work chicken no flavor. KFC used to be good. Not anymore. Won’t be back.
