Worst service possible! The girl at the drive through was so rude! She instantly told me there was a 10 minute wait for the famous bowl. I said that was fine & it sounded like it bothered her. When I got to the window she was very busy texting while pouring my drink. She didn’t say anything when she opened the window and was still texting as I handed her my card. Right now I’m parked next to the building, waiting for my order & she seems to be on a call in her cell phone. There are now 3 other cars waiting for their orders parked next to me. I don’t usually write reviews but this is not the first time I get this terrible service here.

This KFC is by far the RUDEST establishment I’ve ever encountered. Every time I go they are ALWAYS out of wings. Not to mention, I went to this location one Monday at 10:30am they were just opening, I was the first in line. The worker came out and removed the cone out of the drive thru. I ordered 3 wings as I always do and the same thing happened. He said, “HOLD ON PLEASE!” I’m thinking to myself I know you’re not about to say y’all are out of wings! They didn’t have fries, and it took forever for our food to come. You said 15 mins but it was more like 35mins. My mom said her chicken was undercooked and nasty. Heard the girl in drive thru be rude to a customer behind me in the line and told they to go somewhere else.

I go to this KFC quite often and the last two times before this visit was horrible. I usually get hot wings and the last two times they advised me that the hot wings were fresh and they were not. So this time I went in the restaurant to request that they drop my wings and make them fresh and I could tell that they honored my request. The wings were hot and fresh and not greasy. Even if I had to wait 17 minutes, I didn’t care as long as my food is fresh. There regular chicken is usually always good so this review is about my hot wings.

THE BEST mashed potatoe bowl ever!! I order the same thing at every KFC I’ve been to…. which is at least 25 different locations nationwide. This one left me VERY satisfied! I mean, just look at the yummy goodness I got. Sooo what I needed Saturday, glad they didn’t disappoint. Thanks!!
