This place is Horrible and they messed up my order and after that when I called them they said I’m crazy to calling back to them after 3 hours later. Manager name Ronnie it’s not friendly. He told me that I lied to him about the order that I picked up at 8.15pm. Instead of helping me he told me that.”I am lying about the whole situation” He didn’t help. He don’t want to help me and he doesn’t know how to help. He doesn’t know what is the customer service mean. He doesn’t deserves to be a manager.

I recently went thru the drive up after 10 pm on a Sunday and ordered the $20 fill up box, along with drinks and a large side of green beans (they had them at this location that day) since they were out of coleslaw. A young Latino guy at the window took my payment and had me pull over to the side to wait for my order. They didn’t give me the big box that you see in the ads but put all my items in separate, small boxes inside a large bag. I didn’t look thru each box to confirm my order before I left but realized when I got home they forgot the green beans. The cashier also didn’t give me a receipt and I really didn’t think to ask. Since they had already closed when I noticed they forgot my food, I went back thru the drive up the next day to ask for my side of green beans from another cashier. He asked for a receipt and I explained that I wasn’t given one but wanted the side that I paid for. After explaining what happened to him, he told me that he’s been in fast food for 12 yrs and hears this story all the time of people saying they did not receive an item and could not give me the food without a receipt. I am thinking, why would anyone go thru the hassle for a side of green beans but left with the RM name and number. I didn’t feel like the hassle of explaining what happened again so didn’t contact the RM. This store needs to train employees better to make sure orders are complete and to give people receipts. The good thing was that the young guy who brought my order to the car was very courteous and polite (hence the 2 stars) but the original cashier needs some extra training.

You would think a place with the word ‘chicken’ in it’s name would always have everything ‘chicken’ related available that’s shown on it’s menu. Good luck finding that at this place. The ten or so times I’ve gotten food there, and only because they’re close to where I live, they have NEVER had the crispy chicken available. Only original. And to top that, I went there one time and was told at the drive up speaker that they were OUT OF CHICKEN. Kentucky Fried CHICKEN was OUT OF CHICKEN. I don’t know who runs that joint, but I’m pretty sure my cat could do a better job.

The last time I ordered from this particular KFC the chicken was salty, and the lemonade tasted “old.” I tried to give them a second chance, and the tenders I ordered were dry, and lacked flavor. They didn’t have that authentic “KFC” taste. The sweet tea, macaroni and mashed potatoes were good. I just wish they would step it up a notch, bc when I think of KFC it is a nice, unique KFC flavor that I am looking for, and it just didn’t have that. It’s disappointing bc I pay for that KFC taste, idk why the last 2 times it just doesn’t deliver?? I’m going to have to try the other KFC in the area, to see how that tastes.

Almost 60$ for a incomplete meal. The meal is intended that feed 4-6 people so when you ask for condiments you will only get 1 pack per person. And then they don’t give out receipt so you can’t complain with out a ticket number. #greatjobkfc

My son had been asking to go to KFC for a few months now. We decided to stop by after church and I am glad we did. The customer service was a 10+! From multiple employees! I even told my husband “these people deserve a raise” just due to their outstanding customer service. I always expect mid service from fast food places so when I received quality five star restaurant service, I was floored! We had a great dine in experience today. kindness and a positive attitude go a long way and the staff there today exceeded all of my expectations!

I am very disappointed with this KFC location, i ordered a family meal they did not put my biscuit order along with mashed potatoes when i got home i called this location but i could not get a answer. The next day called this location again to voice my displeasure. So the manager offered me a free family meal.she told me to redeemed is any time,so now i get my phone number blocked. So i let it go! so i went back to purchase 12 piece wings and waited for 7 minutes so i went to eat wings bit into it. It was raw in the inside. Called but no answer again. I used to love going here for lunch, now ill sit out hoping they will get new management. i will go somewhere with good customer service. In my opinion i would highly recommend not to go this location. If the manager treats customers like this imagine the employees.
