There’s no way this KFC can get more than 3 stars. Today my husband went to get a 8pc meal and oh lord, I could just ate a sandwich at home. This chicken was sooooo nasty, was so dry and clearly you could tell it was reheated to the point were the bones will break on their own. Will never eat from that place again

Service wasn’t bad from employees on drive through, although they can listen better or perhaps repeat the order back to customer, the main problem was the FOOD! It was grossly greased, a pickle looked like someone had taken a bite from it and it was thrown in the bag carelessly. Not saying much for the employees I guess only the ones taking orders, cooking and handing it but when we returned the food we actually were helped and got refund since it was clear how the food was below standard.

I was invited to interview here after applying online. I have the text AND email confirmation BOTH for the interview! After spending time, money and expense to get there, and I was EARLY for the interview…I was told ” the manager to interview you isnt here today!” They have my phone number and could have called!!!! I ordered through delivery & when I received my order it was wrong . I asked for my sandwiches to be plain without pickles or mayo. I went to the store hoping to get the sandwiches fixed, but instead the employee, who I believe was the manager, took it upon himself to give me back the SAME INCORRECTLY MADE sandwiches. He tried to argue with me that on the sticker it did not say no pickles or no mayo, but I ordered it with no pickles or mayo & it should have been made as so. All I asked was for the sandwiches to be remade correctly, so I’m not sure why that was so hard to do so?

Placed order through the KFC app, but upon arrival, the manager stated that they had no chicken available. It was around 6:05 p.m., and they had no chicken. After my display of anger, he stated that it would be 35 minutes. However, he told everyone that came after me that chicken was not an option. Somehow, he managed to scrape enough old pieces to complete my order. What bothered me the most was the attitude of the manager. He didn’t care whether I was satisfied or not. His solution was that I could cancel the order through the app. I couldn’t find that option. There wasn’t even a “Contact Us” link. That would have been the most helpful to put an end to bad customer service.
