At the beginning of June I got food poisoning here and so I was forgivable and let it go. Until last night I double checked inside the chicken and it was slimy and a bit red so I refused to get sick again. I love KFC I grew up loving these places in general but this area? No.. not happening ever again..

This location is terrible. The last four times they have completely given me the wrong order.. I order a large family chicken meal, GRIlLED! Always order it the same, and they always give me fried.. I have complained twice to which I was told it was too late cause they had already given it out.. this time, after I order a 16 piece grilled, they asked me if I was okay with one maybe two fried pieces cause they were a little short on grilled.. what did I get ? The entire 16 piece fried, not grilled as I specified three times over the intercom! Honestly enough to make me never eat at a kfc again, as my diet restricts fried foods! Giving this entire bucket to my dogs yet AGAIN! I’d give zero stars if I could. Disappointed not just with this franchise but with the entire corp.

It seems like the quality of food is diminishing just a little bit not as neat as it normally is when it’s presented and even the quality of food itself I ordered a chicken pot pie the other day and when I got home and opened up the top of it there was like almost nothing in the inside and I’ve gotten these so many times but when I open this one it’s making me not want to go back to that location to order another one because I wanted it was on special for $5 but I want to get what I paid for as well so not really sure right now

I always order the honey bbq hot wings and I always say that I don’t mind waiting on hot wings. Of course they always lie and say oh they just came out. All lies. They probably just dip them back in the hot grease. The chicken looks like its been sitting out and just heated back up or they under cook it just to say ots hot. I don’t think the chicken should red and bloody looking inside. That’s not how I cook my chicken.
