We are from out of town and wanted to take dinner to relatives, they wanted KFC. I ordered and was told it would take a few minutes. In a few short minutes the food was ready, and hot. The manager and staff were great, friendly, and helpful. My relatives even commented on how fresh and crispy it was.

Never got my food. Too slow. My kids started screaming and crying after 5 minutes of waiting (no other people in sight) ….apparently, that made me anxious because then I felt like I was going to pee my pants. The girl running the window kept telling me, “A few more minutes. ” …. then a boy came around, thought to help her… but then they both were standing there staring at the food prep monitor. I ain’t got time for the cook fast food. I drove off. I about lost my mind &pissed my pants while dying of hunger. Ended up choking on my damn pandini from starbucks next door because I was too starving to chew after going pee, nursing baby, and changing 5 year old.

Was asked twice in line at the drive thru speaker if I wanted to donate to “kfc charity” then when I got to the window I was asked a 3rd time. I said no again. Then the person at the window was like “are you sure?” As if I didn’t just say no 3 times in a row. Said no a 4th time. Why am I being begged for money at a fast food drive thru lol? Silly

Calling for a refund in the in the morning. It’s swimming in grease, there’s so much of it the skin has peeled off, waited 20 min at the window with a simple order. No gravy with the potatoes. The whole meal was a waste. It’s burnt and I’m extremely disappointed. How disgusting.

On 11/5/22 I placed an online order at 4PM. I showed up at the store on South Broadway around 6:30 PM. The two employees were outside of the building. They told me that I could not come inside, as the lobby was closed. They made me go through the drive-through, where I had to wait over 20 minutes. When I finally got up to the window I was informed that my order had not been processed. They said they were out of original recipe. I told them my name when I first pulled up, so I don’t know why I had to sit in the drive-through. I am sure that they were shorthanded but there was no excuse for their performance. I finally just said give me crispy recipe, as I had already paid online. When I finally got home, I had 12 pieces of chicken instead of 16 and only one side! Someone finally emailed me from KFC. They wanted a little bit more information. But it has been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard anything, so I guess they don’t care about their customers. This is a very poor establishment!
