I went to KFC on 700 W. Abram. The employees were rude. Very argumentative with me about a special online that you were offering. They said they didn’t know anything about the special. I had to go online and order it while in the store. I asked for all dark and I was given 2 breasts, 4 thighs, and 2 legs without asking me for substitution. I asked did I have all dark and was told yes. I also ordered a famous bowl with extra gravy and I received no gravy at all. Very disappointing meal.

I had ordered the LJS fish and shrimp. Good service while at the drive thru after 9pm. I’m sorry to say that the fish was the only thing that was good and fresh, but the shrimp was horrible. It was like hard rubber that I couldn’t bite thru it very well. I had some other issues as well, I believe I’m allergic to oil that it was fried in. I haven’t had fried food for so long, I didn’t think too much about it at the time of ordering. The roof of my mouth started to blister so I really couldn’t count that part against them. Too bad, I used to like LJS & KFC

This place is by UTA . It doesn’t seem like they get a lot of customers. I order online 8 piece for 10 dollars mix chicken. I order 2 sides. In the order, they only gave me dark meat. Also on my side, they didn’t put gravy on masked potatoes. So i had to take the order back and get it fixed. The chicken for original it wasn’t battered properly. This location needs a stronger leadership. With it being little people there the tables was also dirty.

Bad bad experience. People are so awful in consideration. Two of our 6 biscuits look like someone used them as stress balls, the rest are like rocks. Chicken is all sweaty with a dang too small lid that ready sharing is caring happy holidays and it’s May.. they forgot to put my add on 8 pc nuggets. The tenders are soo hard my grandkids even said it was nasty. I hate KFC HAS lost quality. Not going back here for old food

They are trying hard to close down. Ordered KFC and a combo from long John silver’s menu. Fish was so greasy that you can squeeze oil and the fries weren’t much better no ketchup added. Chicken was warm so that’s a plus but no butter or honey for biscuits. The worst was no eating utensils added. They get worse every time I go. This is my last time. They need to close their doors.

They gave me and my husband food poisoning from under cooked, bloody chicken. They were rude. No discount and no fresh thoroughly cooked chicken was offered. We went back to tell them we got sick from eating there and the manager lady said ” Just call corporate” but then wouldnt give us corporates number. We are 38 year residents of Arlington TX and have ate there for years. Not any more. We will just stick with Lisa’s Chicken
