Went inside to order and stood at the counter for over 5 minutes. No one came. So went through the drive through and ordered 8 piece. The lady said the 8 piece comes automatically with mash potatoes and coleslaw. I told I want to replace the coleslaw with Mac n cheese. Paid. Drive home. Opened contents and there was coleslaw and no max n cheese. None of the chicken was cooked all the way… I don’t recommend this place

I would not recommend this place at all. Wish I could give 0 stars. We were traveling through and had ordered through the drive-thru for just a quick bite as we had not eaten all day. Asked to pull around and our order would be brought right out. We waited until several large orders left and then went in to check on our order. Long story short, 30 minutes later, we got our order and just left as we still had a ways to travel. The bag only contained a few dried out, cold, very chewy tenders. No napkins or anything else in the bag. No, this was not at all what we ordered or paid for!!!

First off the girl at the window was sweet! Her name was McKenzie so good job young lady! Now the bad! See the pictures below! The biscuit was so hard the chicken was way over cooked and dry! The fish and chicken with shrimp was cold and old and very greasy ! Hush puppies were actually good and hot tasted fresh! No condiments were offered or put in the bag yes maybe I should have asked! I hope these issues get addressed because we love both LJS and KFC but like it fresh! It always seems when you go through the drive through you get the old nasty food because it feels like they don’t think you will notice till you get home and won’t want to drive back! The last three times I tried to eat here, I was severely disappointed! My favorite food there was completely inedible! The chicken was unchewable, the Cole slaw was dry and the hush puppies were rock hard! Today, they gave me hot tea with no ice! Unacceptable and I will never go back! I’ll also be sure to tell everyone I know, how horrible this place has gotten!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST RESTAURANT IN AZLE!!!! Every single time I’ve been here mine and/or someone’s order has been wrong!!! Will never eat at this location again! I don’t understand why they have the worst customer service. The guy in line before me when I came back was missing an entire meal they ordered. Just avoid KFC/Long John Silvers. Not worth your time or money.

The last several times we’ve tried to get KFC, it’s been an ordeal and takes at least 30 minutes. Ordered ahead and it’s not any better. It’s not like we order anything crazy either, like one family 8pc and a box of tenders. Something KFC should be able to handle.

Took entirely to long to get my food… Everyone knows you have white gravy with chicken tenders but I was informed that KFC no longer serves white gravy…I got 2 8 pieces of tenders meals and it cost me $58 …. For chicken, do you hear me, for chicken….Plus the fact I couldn’t get the gravy that goes with tenders…. KFC has always been my favorite chicken place but now I WILL find another place for chicken…

Ordered the 12 piece and got three biscuits and 10 pieces. I get things are hard but hell, things are hard for everyone. Ended up having to run to taco casa so the family got fed. Not acceptable. Will never go back.
