I went in to get my mobile order and I was greeted by Pablo (young man with glasses). He very kindly explained how he packed my order and included plates and ketchup. He also put a bag on the drinks to keep them from spilling. He mentioned that there were also straws in the bag. I was really impressed with how the food was correct and packaged so nicely and with care. At the time I didn’t see any straws so I went back inside to ask for some. He kindly gave me more straws with no question asked. When I got home, I noticed that there were in fact straws.

Three of us stopped in for lunch, it wasn’t very busy but took about 30 minutes to get our food. Staff was nice but I think he was the only one working. The dining area was very small so it should have been more clean but again, looked like only one guy was working. The food was okay, I rarely eat KFC, just not a preference.

This KFC is disgusting and dirty. Smells like sewer when you walk in. The guy in the drive thru had white in the corner of his mouth. It was gross, I’m not being funny but their employees hygiene is terrible. Lost my appetite. The cup was also dirty, had a black substance inside. Just be careful eating here. This place is shady. I read all these reviews and people said the place didn’t put enough chicken on their big bucket to go order and I thought to my self “that wouldn’t happen to my combo order”. Guess what. Not only didn’t they gave the 3 piece grilled chicken I ordered online, they subbed with only 2 pieces original. If they got away with more orders without the complaints, cost saving right there!! Count your chicken before leaving the place

Spent $57 bucks here and went home to find out I was missing the 10 piece chicken and coleslaw, fries and drink. Went all the way home then opened the bag to hungry children with half my order missing, tried to call no answer, pulled up to the store and lobby was locked and 4 other customers were outside upset because they were missing half their order. Come on you can do better? People are working, need to feed their family and deal with bad service, no drinks because no cups? Please be up front at the drive in I would of kindly and quickly took my business somewhere else. So disappointing, writing this as I wait outside for my order. I pulled up at 7:30pm its now 8:30 and I’m back waiting on my order.
