Always running out of chicken. On my 4th attempt & I scored an 18-piece bucket, but they we’re out of legs. Substituted out for breasts. The flavor was not what I expected from the Original Recipe. Near flavorless. Hate this chain, now cutting back on ingredients. Called twice, no answer. When I arrived I asked about it nobody answered the phone & they said their phone was not working! WHAT? KFC can’t afford a working phone number to call. It’s on the website. I see won’t be back. Poor service for high $$ Chicken. I cannot recommend this KFC location in Southlake, TX.

It’s a KFC and Taco Bell. You can’t order extra crispy before 10:30 so be warned. Why was I buying a bucket of extra crispy fried chicken at 10AM? Why do I do a lot of things- wjy don’t you worry about your business and I’ll worry about mine. Sound fair? Anyway, it’s a pretty nice KFC.

The A/C was in 0!!! Degrees!! What’s going on with the manager or corporate with the A/C?! Could not take the temperature all customers complaining about it!! Food getting cold immediately after serving and our fingers hurting from the cold!! Trash cans full!!! Bathroom needs service too!!

All doors were locked at 6:55pm the sign on the door says 8:30pm I am a truck driver so eating inside is a big must for me. So disappointed in the staff tonight. I understand you only want to work the drive thru but you do not consider the ones who can’t go thru the drive thru.

Ok, you see how I gave them a one star? Ignore it. Literally zero. The service was absolutely gross. I felt like I made a mistake going in there. The food was way way more expansive than I thought. 8pc Chicken not even a combo meal cost an outrageous amount of $18.99. This is like buying a personal meal plus cake in Cheesecake Factory but the thing is, Cheesecake’s food is much better too. I hated everything related to this restaurant. SMALL WATER cost $1.50 too. The worst place I’ve ever been too in my entire life and I’m sure I won’t be eating there ever again.

Would give zero stars if possible. The service was hideous. The way I was treated as a costumer was absolutely not right. I and everyone I know WILL NEVER EAT AT KFC AGAIN. Terrible experience, OVER PRICED, and HIDEOUS SERVICE. If you read this- go eat anywhere else- this place is literally hell on earth. 8 freaking chicken pieces for the price of a full course meal in town, and for terrible food as well. Always tasty. Wings and sandwiches always old though. Almost always friendly. I will say one time they got it wrong and I called and they said come back so I did and the young female manager was acting new as if the phone call didn’t happen. It was she that messed it up and took the call but either way good food.
