Horrible is an understatement. I sat in line for over 10 min. I finally drove around since no one took my order and then sat at the window of 8min. There are people walking around inside and literally no one came to the window to even acknowledge me. Now why did I sit her so long because I didn’t feel like driving any further. When someone finally came out o take my order he said no one else knew how to take the drive through orders. So the other poeople inside couldn’t come and say that?! This store is too new to be this bad! Horrible experience!

Everytime we go, granted it’s late we never get what we ask for. They are ALWAYS out of certain foods and whomever is the lead, shift leader, supervisor, etc they DO NOT give any comps because of their faults. I worked in fast food for yrs we always comped if the eatery was out of something the customer wanted. It’s common courtesy.

Wow I must say that was the best KFC I had in my 53 years. I had Grubhub delivery and the chicken was so juicy and fresh. It almost looked fake because it looked so perfect! I almost had a perfect order, my biscuit wasn’t fresh :-/. Mashed potatoes and gravy was hot and the coleslaw was nice and cold. Thank you for a good meal! Well done!

That didn’t take long. Went right after they opened, service was slow as expected, but good. Went twice again recently – didn’t have half the items on the menu and only original recipe. Mac & Cheese was abhorrent and who gives mashed potatoes without gravy? All of the chicken in the bucket looked like Cartman got it first.

Terrible I other online I get to restaurant at my time and they were out of chicken..I asked for 3 chicken sandwiches to add up to the 16 dollars I paid for the meal they said I only could get two and a side of macaroni.. That’s not 16 dollars.. Rude the manager in the background

Food was just ok (wrap, tenders, Mac and cheese); not much flavor in the tenders and Mac and cheese. The fries and biscuits are good though. They charged our order wrong (put it as 2 wraps, drink, side instead of the combo, which is a difference of 50¢). They also forgot to put the second order of fries in our bag). It was crazy busy (probably why stuff was forgotten). Probably won’t come back again.
