Went through the driver through and the lady that took my order was very rude and wasn’t listening at all. It was like she didn’t know what she was doing. I get to the window and asked for my order to be read back to me and they made it seem like it was an issue with them. They read it back to me and it wasn’t right, I tell them again what I wanted. They didn’t tell me how much it was nor did they give me a receipt. I had to go to my bank account to see how much it was and it was almost $40. Which is outrageous especially since I got an 8 piece family meal which is $26.99. They hand me my food, I look in the bag and it’s not the stuff I ordered. I waited at the window and they all just stood around staring and the lady that took my order kept looking as well. I wave motioning her to come over to the window she just walked off, and then I sat there longer and just waited. She eventually came back to the window but she was very disrespectful, and her attitude was TERRIBLE. I told her my food was wrong and was wondering why it almost cost $40. And she asked what I wanted even though I told her 3 times what I wanted. I also got other food I didn’t order, and she was very annoyed when I handed it to her. She started yelling and all after she shut the window and she eventually came back and aggressively handed me the bag. Then I asked her why it was almost $40 and she said that’s the price, I was like how when it says it’s 26.99 for the family meal? I asked for a receipt she said the system was down and couldn’t give me one, and if I had an issue with it go online and see the price and then was like if you have a problem come back tomorrow and then shut the window. I am very upset with how my visit with this KFC was, I don’t understand why it’s so hard to just be nice and do your job correctly. It’s not that hard and they need to do better! I won’t be going back, and honestly I wouldn’t recommend people to go there.

I ALWAYS have a problem when visiting this particular KFC on Beach St. in Fort Worth. The chicken is always fresh which is why I go there. However, the service is literally trash. No matter what shift or time that you go. The employees have really bad attitudes. As if it’s your fault that your order isn’t right. And let’s not forget the wait time. I literally waited 30 minutes for a 2 piece, mashed potato and biscuit ♂️. Then I get it and the potatoes look as if they had been used in a game of toss the tater. I do not recommend this place. Especially in the morning time if you want to enjoy the rest of your day.

I dont know about atmosphere since door dash delivered. I will never order food from this location. I was sent food which one combo was dumped out in the plastic bag. I didn’t receive any biscuits. I ordered moutian dew but they sent me Dr pepper. The chicken looked like it had been sitting for along time it wasn’t fresh. I called the store and the person that answered refused to give me her name and she was rude and disrectful and laughinh in at me because I said I was gonna report this and I did. She needs to loose her job if she already hasn’t. I asked why they didn’t send new moutian dew and she said were out. I said aren’t you suppose to call and see what else we want and she just laughed. I threw the food in the trash. NEVER NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM THAT LOCATION. I can’t answer questions below because I didn’t recommend nothing from this store. Nice try though!!!!!! I would post a picture of the chicken but can’t figure out how to do that.

I sit at the speaker in the drive through for 10 minutes and no help. I pull up to the window and the worker tells me I need to go back around and get back in line and that he cannot take my order at the window. I was not sitting behind the 6 cars in the drive through again. He still refused to take my order.

Normally I love their chicken. Normally, I get their tenders, not the full meal, just the tenders. On my way home today, I went through the drive through to do that. BUT, she tried to change me the full meal price. When I asked why, she said that’s how it’s coming up. So I told her if she didn’t know how to work the register, to just forget it. And I drove off to get dinner somewhere else.

This is the worst visit to any KFC I have ever experienced. I ordered grilled chicken. Waited an extra 10min for my “grilled” chicken & received original instead. I tried to go in to get my order fixed, but they locked the dining room doors. I tried calling, but no one answered & the voicemail is full. Meaning they don’t care about customer care!!! They ignore your calls & your messages!!!! I decided to just suffer through the original chicken even though the grease makes me sick ( I peeled off the breading). And discovered that my mashed potatoes & gravy was slimy soup!!! I wouldn’t even give this garbage to an infant!!! I am sooooo disappointed & disgusted!!!! I would avoid this location!!!! I personally won’t return!!!!

WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away from this KFC. I found hair in my food. I asked one of the employees for a refund, he rudely asked me “why??” I told him there was hair in my food. And so he goes and gets the other lady that works there, Daniela! And I told her their is hair in my food. She laughs at me very sarcastically, and is squinting as if she can’t see those pieces of hair. So she asks me to pick up the hair and put it on the register so she could see it better. The register is black. The piece of hair is black…… and I told her, your not gonna be able to see the hair since it’s black. Then she tells me put the piece of hair on a white part on the counter. She accused me of putting hair in my own food. Her exact words were , “your a lier, and God sees everything you do!” She also said, “we don’t give refunds, but I’ll go ahead and give you your money back!” The inside has no A/C! They don’t acknowledge you when you walk in the store. I was the only customer there, and I can see why. As I was walking out, one of the employees comes and locks the door . This was around 8:30! They don’t close until 11 p.m. what if a customer wanted to come inside and order/eat? Please don’t eat here! This location should be shut down! Forgot to mention, I I ordered the 5 piece chicken tender combo, it comes with medium drink and medium fries. She charged me for a large drink without me asking. But I let it go because I was pretty thirsty lol.

I am currently 4 months pregnant and I came here on Tuesday February 1st around 12:30pm to get lunch, It was my husband and my self I order the 12 piece undaunted wings and when I received them of course I started to eat them and the second one I bit it was not done the wing was mushy and blood was inside of it and I had to spit it out. They lady didn’t want to refund my money. Don’t go here. This location sucks
