I went through the Drive Thru and ordered two of their Wrap Combos. When he asked for anything else, I ordered ranch sauce on the side. I get to the window he takes my payment, hands the drink, and asked me to “pull to the front” and they’d have my food out…2 other cars get their food… the lady had trouble locating me, even though I was in front of the front doors… there was no ranch, no receipt… so I had to get out of my car… defeating the purpose of the drive thru. I get inside and nearly ate the concrete because it’s rained, there are no rugs, or slip resistant mats, or Wet Floor signs; and it’s INCREDIBLY slippery. I had to loudly ask to get someone’s attention, and, no apology for forgetting the sauce. THEN I open the wrap and see there isn’t coleslaw on two of them…. probably won’t be coming back here.

Picked up a couple chicken sandwich’s bout 45mn ago. Place on Teasley is out’a business. So i tried University location. These 2 sandwiches were made last week.. inedible. Called 4or 5times..they won’t answer the phone…hangup after few rings.

Made my order through the app and spent $75. Didn’t get my family french fry, the gravy is literally water consistency, and the food tastes awful. Definitely going to the KFC on the loop from now on.

I wouldn’t recommend using the app, to order. The ordered off the app in the parking lot, it said can pick up in 10 mins, walked in the store explained I had an online order, she said it wasn’t ready. So, we waited for another 15 mins or so. We watched everyone dining inside and the drive through come and go while we just sat there. They did give us 2 small cakes for the wait. The food was normal, except the wings were over cooked. Also they had a big noisy air conditioner in the dining room, couldn’t hear anything.

I did the drive through and found it a rather confusing experience. I was going by the info on outside menu and somehow this ended up costing $40. I was told our sides were large. If what we received is large I would hate to see a small. The biscuits were stale, mashed potatoes had no flavor and gravy was like water. Worst KFC I have ever visited.

Well I left a review about a week ago about service. It’s below in parenthesis. I visited here again via drive-thru and of course it wasn’t great. Interrupted several times while placing my order. Again I paid for my meal and NO receipt. I requested one this time though. I finally got it. Guess someone wasn’t smart enough to add more receipt paper. As I pulled off after receiving my order my husband asks “what is the KFC foundation, and why were we charged .03 cents?” Hmmm…makes me wonder how many other patrons at this location have been charged and don’t know because they didn’t get a receipt. I’ve since made a complaint about that charge, but NO word back. We also arrived home and what was supposed to be a 3pc all white turned out to be a 2pc dark. At this point I would NOT recommend this location to anyone. Find another KFC if really craving it. (Went through drive thru. Was a busy day, but plenty of workers could be seen through the drive thru window. I’m one that hates paying and then being told to move forward. Was waiting on fries. I received my card back and was told receipt would be in bag when brought out to me. Well order was finally brought out about 10 mins later. No receipt and definitely not my order. Drove around and parked to have to go inside. When persons at counter were told the issue they asked for the receipt and stated they couldn’t help without one. We didn’t receive one because the persons inside were incompetent and forgot. Had to speak with several workers who all decided to laugh and carry on when finally a supervisor came and handled the issue. We were paying customers in the drive thru only to be made to feel like we were less than when it wasn’t our fault. Customer service needs work with those who currently work at this location. )

I ordered Delivery from your store on Memorial Day. I ordered the 4 piece dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy. When the order arrived, it had only gravy and no potatoes. The only problem is that my SO is a cancer patient and only wanted potatoes and gravy. So I went back to the store and explained my problem and your person working the counter couldn’t have been nicer and fixed my problem right away! I didn’t catch his name, but please thank him for me and tell him I appreciate him for his fast and friendly fixing if my problem!!! Please give him all due respect for fixing my small issue!!!

I buy my Food and they don’t give me my credit card I come back to get my card and the kids said no we don’t have the card KFC needs to get ADULTS to attend the customer this kids was laughing when I ask for my card and this is a serious problem. And they have to be more responsible saving the forgetting items from the costumers.
