That’s the neasty place I ever had and when I got home I looked at the chicken and it was so full of grease I almost through up and they need to teach them how to really cook the chicken like it supposed to be cooked and they still have not refunded my $49.64 cents on my card

When I order a family meal and request no thighs, they say they cannot swap the pieces. When I order the same meal but they do not have the pieces I request, they charge me extra for the swap. It may not be this simple but to me, charge for the swap unless you don’t have what I’m asking for, then it’s on the house! Especially after it takes 25 minutes to get to your drive thru window. This KFC also has a habit of not providing receipts for orders so I always have to ask. The food quality is hit or miss. I’ve received both chicken breasts that were not fully cooked and chicken so fresh out of the grease, it breaks the box and the chicken is in the bag. The Harker Heights location is better and very consistent in quality and service!

I placed an order online 30 minutes prior to my arrival and it still isn’t ready. Allegedly they barely got my order 3 minutes after I arrived and the lobby is packed with customers who already placed their orders and they’re still waiting. It’s not great service considering you have a lobby full of people waiting but instead of preparing their order they’re solely focusing on drive thru orders only.

For this to be the entree, and the whole reason, of the dinner… It’s super disappointing. To get home, open the lid and not be able to recognize that it was fried chicken to picking a piece up and the breading instantly falling off. We ordered extra crispy… But at least we got our two gravies for our one mashed potato, versus the guy who walked up to the drive thru window (while I was at the window) saying he had three mashed potatoes with no gravy. Yeah, I know there are bad days, but never going there again.. Especially now that I have seen similar reviews prior to mine, before writing this.

I always like my original chicken, love the food, but when the employee don’t treat the customer right is another story, waiting on the drive thru for the employee to ask me what I want, I said hello, and the employee respond to me with an attitude telling me to HOLD ON, instead to say ” can you hold on for a minute” sorry Jennifer I didn’t like it. Happy 4th of July.

We placed a Door Dash order. We got our food and it was missing 1 family order of fries and we ordered 2. They shorted us 2 pieces of chicken from our 16 piece and gave us 7 biscuits instead of 8. Will not DD KFC ever again. Grateful DD did refund us part of our money back for the missing items.

I requested to put hot sauce in a bowl, and an employee tells me they can’t do that. Strange how every kfc I’ve been to has done it,but this one claiming they can’t. Must be either laziness or franchisees too cheap to sacrifice one plastic bowl for a customer, especially when prices have been raised. Such incompetence.

I always enjoy kfc, but now probably i will switch because they dont offer military appreciation anymor with militar discount. We are living in a town with one of the bigger military base and with also a big veteran comunity. This is the worst place to get food unless you want food poison. My son and I had a mild case of it after eating the undercooked chicken Littles. When I did call about it I got hung up on. So I left a review on the kfc review page. Upset I haven’t received a response hopefully the heath inspector can check this restaurant out because serving undercooked product is extremely dangerous especially chicken
