I went for the first time yesterday evening to order dinner in the drivethru, as we are visiting the area. The young woman who was taking orders was so rude and short with us while I was ordering. I wasn’t asking questions or anything. My 20 yr old son laughed. We couldn’t believe it. Then, when I pulled up to the window, she told me we couldn’t have extra sauce when I asked for several ketchup and ranch. But she again was rude and short. Another person came over to explain it because she couldn’t be bothered. She said it only comes with 2 per meal. I said okay, then that is fine. Needless to say, we won’t be going back. The food was decent, but service was awful.

Drive thru. Ordered 2 large mashed and 1 large Mac n cheese. Got to the window and told the gentleman the price was too low. Repeated my order. He said “oh I only heard 1 mashed”. Fixed it and took payment. Handed me three small sides. I put the bag back in the window and waited for help. A woman came over and asked the problem. I explained and she said he only charged you for smalls. I asked how do we fix this? She walked away and came back with another bag that she threw in my car and slammed the window. The gravy exploded all over me, the order, my truck. The container was the small amount just in a bigger bowl. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional service.

A week ago, I visited this location and the biscuits in both meals ordered were like hockey pucks! I was so disappointed, since we go there a lot, that I called the Night Manager to complain. I convinced him that I didn’t want anything more than to make him aware so that he could investigate and correct the situation. Today, I returned and our order was what is expected of KFC! The employees have always been outstanding here!

Spoke to person in front. Ordered famous bowl, came with 3-4 pieces of popcorn chicken and hardly any mashed potatoes or gravy. Literally only filled half the bowl or less. Asked for a water and the cashier was acting like I was trying to steal soda. I don’t like soda and I work outside so it’s super hot so I enjoy cold water. I worked at KFC in my teenage years and this is not at all how it’s supposed to be. And the famous bowl was very short on food, especially for being almost 7$.

Went through the drive through to pick up 8 piece legs and thighs around 4 pm. Got home at 5 pm and found that the pieces were a very dark brown and the meat was very dry. The chicken was obviously lunch left overs and had sat for several hours under a heat lamp. Tried to upload a photo of the chicken but wasn’t able to. Probably not going to pick up chicken here ever again. I’d say this deserves a -5 star rating.

KFC has gone to new low. This 2pc white is horrible. The original chicken is dry, and the biscuit feels like a brick. Never again will I go back. On top of that the printer was not working to give me a receipt and no napkins in my with my order. Just terrible Wish I had read the reviews before I went here, I trashed my my 2pc dinner..

Ordered a whole $40 family meal and the first of the bad experience started when there was no one in the drive thru line but the guy told me I had to come inside to get the order since I placed the order online. Made no sense but whatever… I go inside to get the order, wait for it to be ready although it’s past the time that the app told me it should be ready. Take it home only to find out that the bucket of chicken was so greasy and soggy it was not edible. I was so upset but I paid so much for it that I refused to throw it away. And I live so far that I was not about to go back. Needless to say I went home and had to put it in the oven. Now I know I will never go back here again.

Ordered online picked up food to take to my son’s for dinner with them and the grandkids. Had things missing from my order and other things wrong. The person that answered the phone told me I was wrong that I had it all and any issues I would have to take it up with the dasher. But I didn’t order through a dasher I picked it up then he ended up hanging up on me. Atleast last time it was wrong the manager offered to make it right.

DON’T go here!!!!! Came here on a Friday night to pick up a quick dinner for my kids. Their fries were so old and STALE! Even worse, when we got home, half of our order wasn’t even in the bag! What’s WASTE of money and time. This place SUCKS big-time! Save your money!!!!
