What a terrible product. I wish I could upload a picture so you can see the trash I received. I will NEVER dine from KFC again. I will make it my mission in life to post the photos on social media everywhere warning people to stay away from restaurant #C521030 in Beaumont,Tx. I received tiny, cold, wet with grease, chicken. I should have known better than to spend my money there. I was the ONLY person in the drive through at 12:40pm, height of the lunch run. I see why! You suck! This chicken is old. The biscuit is cold, crumbly, and hard. It has to be from the previous day.

Drive thru pick up order, actually perfectly accurate which seems to be pretty hard to get right these days. Warm food too which was nice, this store has genuinely stepped it up in the here and now as of this review. I recommend ordering online and picking up for coupon/deals potential and a quick in and out experience.

We have not been to KFC since it opened. The location we went to was the Eastex freeway location in Beaumont. There were three sets of customers when we got there. We decided to order and take home to eat. The chicken was horrible. The crust was mushy and the grease just dripped off of it. Never will I go back. I was very disappointed.

kfc took a huge nosedive. i wasn’t around when it was good but i’ve heard stories. but all i know is in the modern day, kfc is a biohazard and the food tastes bad. i trust my grocery store deli to make fried chicken better than this fried chicken restaurant. the food is dripping with grease. sometimes cold in the middle and not even crispy half the time. also this is consistently the dirtiest fast food restaurant i’ve ever seen. like i have never seen a clean kfc. workers should be required to wear hazmat suits.

Stopped by kfc tonight to grab some dinner since we would be getting home late family took a shower when we got home went to go eat and this is what we found a big bucket of whatever it is this is super disappointing have ate kfc my entire life always the best chicken I never leave reviews bad or good but this right here is completely unacceptable will be reaching out to corporate office you do not serve this to customers that are paying.
