I’m not sure about all the complaints about dry chicken and dry fries but I ordered a chicken sandwich box at KFC and it hit the spot. Nice and juicy chicken in my sandwich and the fries were soft with a lil crunch. Maybe, I just came on a good day?

No meat!!! I ordered three Cheesy Gordita Crunch tacos and there was not enough meat for one!!! Service is poor, and the dining room was dirty. I also ordered a Spicy Chicken Tostada and it did not have any chicken at all.

Not the first time. I am hopeful because of that one time I got everything decent. This experience was extra salty chicken extra crispy bread and gooy mashed potatoes. Last time cold and old fries and stinky cole slaw. I just can’t anymore. And i call the store to let them know and they tell me to drive 15 minutes back to the nearest KFC so that I could wait to replace one item and they just mess that up as well. The managers any hour any day do not care about the customers nor the store. I will report this store again.

Ended up going to this place around 1050am, and I was the first person in line. I order a chicken sandwich and they let me know it would be a quick 5 minute wait. After I paid they told me to pull around they would bring out the food. After about 15 minutes of waiting, the same cashiers that took my order came out and asked if I had been helped…. After telling her that she took my order and told me to wait out front, she realized and went back inside. 5 minutes later the food came out… Cold. It was a manager this time that brought it out and she quickly gave it to me with an attitude, and proceeded to just laugh and walk back inside. Food was disgusting and cold not to mention poor customer service. I made the mistake coming here, but as you can tell from the old building, I should have drove 15 min to a better fast food restaurant.

Feel like the chicken gave me food poisoning. When I called and talked to manger the response was “well that’s weird” nothing more nothing less. They are friendly well atleast the person who took the order was but the chicken is gross greasy salty mess

Second time we go here our first experience was not that great. I figured let’s try again it might be better. NO IT WAS NOT!!!! The chicken was old and dry and I had asked for original and no thighs.. they gave me mixed chicken. I called and the manager said to bring it back so I did they exchanged it for me but I got dark meat that I didn’t want in the first place. The manger told them no thighs but I guess the people in the back didn’t care. My fault for trusting them will never go back again!!!

The chicken recipe was changed on the day I went. They used chicken from Sequin and promoted it. I thought it was the seasoning, but it was a different chicken that tasted less pleasant than usual.

Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. After 25 minutes of sitting and waiting, they asked if we were waiting for food. Told them yes….10 minutes later we finally got food, and all 3 orders were wrong. The biscuits with the chicken meal were so hard, I think I chipped a tooth when I bit into it. Wife got part of her meal, had to wait another 10 minutes for her chicken stripes. Son ordered taco bell and his order was incorrect as well. Horrible place to go.
