I was very disappointed with my foid and service when I bought lunch yesterday. I got chicken strip meal with mash potatoes and gravy. I wanted gravy as a dipping sauce and eas told I could get it for another 3 dollars, as it is considered a side??? Whataburger and Bill Millers let’s me have gravy as dipping sauce. The coating looked nothing like the crispy coating in the photos on the menu.

ABSOLUTE WORST!!! Don’t bother with this location at all. Do people not take pride in their jobs anymore??? It does NOT take 45 minutes to make 4 measly little pieces of chicken, scoop some Mac and Cheese in a cup and put some soda on ice! Just how DENSE is this crew??? They all should’ve been swallowed like a 2pc!

Ordered 8 piece spent 24.00. Was told no white meat. I was given mix of crispy and original. Original was burnt very dark brown and super greasy. Crispy was old cold and dry. Was asked if I needed a receipt said no cause I never had any problems. Called to get speak to manage but was told not there and nothing was done.

The order was complete and correct and tasted as expected. We ordered online but still had a 15-20 minute wait. The dining area needs a solid cleaning. There seemed like plenty of team members but looked like they were doing something close to nothing…outsider opinion, that’s just how it looked.

Original chicken was too salty. Also, can you imagine paying $8.00 for 3 chicken straps only. (No meal) I refused it after getting the receipt. They couldn’t credit the card I used. They had to give cash. Disappointed.
