2/23/22 9 pm. As soon as I placed my order, like 7 mts later, my Doordash delivery person calls me and tells me that KFC is asking if I prefer crispy chicken instead of the original because it was gonna take time to cook. It was obvious they didnt want to make more chicken. My kids wanted original chicken since we hadnt had kfc for more than 5 years. Chicken looked gross. The original breading that we craved looked disgusting, sloppy. Biscuits were cold and dry. NEVER again!

It was the worst food I have ever had from KFC. The chicken was so hard I had to feed it to my dogs. I could not go back to the store because I live in Matamoros. I called and they said bring it back. You guys should be sure to check the food you sell is fresh.bif it was my restaurant you guys would have a Karen fit about it. I was so disappointed.
