I walked in and waited at the counter for several mins, and no one even greeted me. I walked out and wrote this review. There was one other family in the dining room finishing up their food. Very poor service, and I have no idea how the food is. Haven’t had KFC in a while. Doubt I’ll be back for a while.

This KFC needs better management. The chicken is never ever fresh. Today I asked 3 times to please give me fresh chicken. I was told the ‘fresh’ chicken was in the back by cooks and I saw girl walk to back to get it.

Pleasant experience ☺️. Snack size 10 pc chicken nuggets portion made with care. Nuggets were made fresh. Warm to the touch. Box lid is convenient to keep the nuggets fresh and warm. The beverage small compact size was worth enjoying along with the food to quench the thirst with a carbonated Pepsi.

Update: Come on KFC, another bowl with no chicken.. Do you know the feeling of biting into what you think is chicken and its nothing but dry hard crust, how about an entire bowl of it☹..Previous Review: Have had better days but still go on occasion, it’s more to order at the drive thru than online sometimes so pay attention to that in case you want a good deal. It wasn’t very appetizing seeing it straight out of the box and why did my biscuit look like someone used it as a stress ball I will never know but tasted better than it looked and my dad still loves it. Love the famous bowl and they always add the extra gravy when I ask, only had a few bad bowls since I have been going there and I say that because it seemed to be just the crunchy outside and no chicken inside any of the chicken pieces, so I made sure not to go close to closing after that. Still some decent chicken when you crave it

This is the second time I have been here and have waited for service. No one would come to the counter! The lady was sweeping in the back, she saw me and kept sweeping. I moved to the other register thinking finally someone would come…..nope. I asked the lady sweeping if there was a bell I needed to ring. She looked at me and ignored me. Several minutes passed. The lady sweeping finally came over and took my order. Ridiculous! Church’s chicken is just as good.

THE WOMEN’S RESTROOM IS WHAT MADE ME WANT TO SUBMIT THIS REVIEW! The bathroom was so disgustingly dirty & gross! The sink as well. The toilet obviously had not been cleaned in days I’m sure! No towelettes to dry my hands. Gentleman that took my order at the register was working orders for drive thru as well, too busy he forgot to give me my drink cup, I also had to get up while eating to ask for sauce as I was not given or offered any and the worker I waved at to ask for dipping sauce , Selene didn’t even say a word or look at me. Just rudely handed me sauce. Almost every table was greasy and dirty. Flies in the restaurant….I think the entire KFC can use some TLC or remodeling because it reflects on the staff which can be unfair to some.

Terrible experience, 1st of all they forgot my damn order. 2nd their masked potato were nasty some well little hard balls like they been there for awhile and yellow. Finally the chicken looked fry and taste as well. For 2 combos and paid $18 terrible

Ordered 2 full meal deals. Heard a few order numbers called before and after mine. Went to counter to inquire about my order, response was apple pies were working. Finally received my order to discover chicken looked like it had been sitting out all day. Sides were also not good. This establishment is not like it used to be.

Stood in line behind 2 others waiting to place my order. The clerk would take one persons order then go back into the kitchen to make it, then come back to take the next petsons order. This system took a long time to even place my lunch order. Then, once the clerk took my order, i wasnt given a cup to get my drink, and had to continue to wait till the whole meal was made, then had to ask for a cup. I had stood at the front counter for a full ten minutes after i had actually placed my order. I went to fill my cup, and there were no lids in the dispenser. Then i got to my table and i hadnt receive an item i had ordered. The floor had used napkins and trash, and overall, it was just a very poor experience.

Got a 12 piece “family” meal. The 12 pieces consisted of 3 thighs piled on top, 1 dumb stick, and then hidden beneath were 8 winglets. $30+ to literally be ripped off wow.
