We made a large order asking for it to be extra crispy. I anticipated that they may not have enough and we would have to wait for more. When we arrived, they asked me if I wanted a mix of extra crispy and regular. I said no thanks, I’m willing to wait. The gentleman was very friendly and walked back and told the rest of the staff. After that is when I got to listen to the rest of the staff complain and cuss and talk bad about me wanting it to be all extra crispy and for the large order. We could hear everything extremely well. I didn’t complain about having to wait and I even told them that I knew it was a larger than normal order and I was willing to wait. I don’t think I deserved to be talked about in that manner. We realized after we got our order that it was missing a large mac and cheese my son ran back in to get it and he heard them still making fun of us. When they noticed him, one of the employees made a hand motion to let the other employees know he was there and to stop talking. I’ve never seen such unprofessional behavior. We were nothing but polite and told them that we appreciate them doing such a large order.

I have had KFCs in 3 different countries in several franchises, this is the worst. They charged me for 2 Pepsi but gave one, they had run out of chicken sandwiches on a Sunday evening. The fried chicken is soggy with oil, french fries soggy with oil. The chicken had a foul smell to it. The bad reviews aren’t false, this KFC is exactly what other bad reviews have mentioned.

I ordered online and I expected to get my chicken when I got there. I got there and the guy in the drive-through window was like “ sorry it’s gonna be a 20 minute wait because we have no chicken ready and it needs to be cooked” so I waited for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, it still wasn’t ready and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes so that was actually 40 minutes total. I don’t appreciate being lied to and would like a free meal for the next time I come in, or consider this to be a lost customer.

I’ve never been treated as rudely as I was by the cashier, whose badge identified him is the managing partner. We ended up leaving without ordering anything because of how mean he was. There was no provocation, just a cashier in a very bad mood taking it out on us.

Walked in with no one in the dining room and I waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the counter to take the order. And when they did, they seems irritated and annoyed that I was at the counter. After I ordered, I am still waiting for over 20 minutes to get my order. Seems like there is no urgency or drive to get orders ready and out the door. Such a bummer that costumer service seems like the bottom of the priority list. Hope this is noticed and addressed not only for the customers sake, but for this KFC restaurant and its future success.

Older white male that took our order at the drive through made my family feel like we were an inconvenience placing our order there. He either couldn’t hear but made us rush through our order. Kept replying Sir, Sir .. We also order two large family mac and cheese and only received one. Once received and opened at home, very upset with the serving size. It was a family large cup but half filled. I will reach out to corporate on Monday. I really hope to hear back from someone and would like to be refunded.
